The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a nice view of the Santa Fe neighborhood. I appreciated the free bathrobe and slippers. I had a great night's sleep.

Although staff were always very kind, they were not necessarily efficient. Upon checking in, I requested a room change because mine didn't have plug sockets next to my bed. I had to come down to the counter twice because no one answered the phone. The problem got fixed, but it took like 40 minutes. They also didn't want to initially honor the 10% discount for food and drinks that Booking.com offered and I had to send them a confirmation email indicating that was the case. Food is definitely overpriced (seems to be a problem with this hotel chain). Nonetheless, the hotel is a beautiful property and these were just minor inconveniences. I would stay here again.

This is my fourth time at this property and it delivers consistently. I used the spa and the hot tub twice, and had a great night's sleep. Staff were kind enough to let me arrange a late checkout, and they were always efficient.

This time around, my room didn't have complimentary toothpaste or mouthwash. When I asked if I could have some complimentary ones, staff didn't have them for free.

This was a great, two-day stay. I booked a junior suite with a hot tub and everything was perfect. I love that the hotel has a spa section upon request (which I of course used). The staff was super kind and efficient.

My only complaint is that they charged my credit card a special verification fee, but after letting staff know they took care of it right away and the charge was eliminated.

Hotel nice, location good, room confortable, room service good.

Slight detail with the cleaning, found couple of things not right after they clean the room. Two occasions the maid did not replace the dirty coffee cups.

We have stayed at this place for a few times now and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms have a great size, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds and the staff is always friendly and polite.

I believe you could update the TVs with an option to be able to watch streaming programs like Netflix.

The Hotel is very well located in Santa Fe, the room and the bed are comfortable. Parking availability, although they charged you for the day, is also a positive point from a convenience point of view! Staff is friendly and always open to help!

Pillows and bed sheets can improve a bit

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and great attention from the staff.

My room had a few things that were not working, specifically with a couple of light bulbs that didn’t work, one in the bathroom, another next to bed.

I really enjoy my room, spaces are well designed. I love the kindness of the concierge , all of them we very thoughtful.

Details, when cleaning up the room, they didn’t take care of details like organizing shoes, organizing bathroom and cleaning up properly. We, as costumers, expect more from a brand known as Camino Real.
