Our stay was fantastic from the beginning until the end. The staff is very attentive, helpful, professional, and friendly. We stayed here to attend the EDC festival. The hotel not only provided a free shuttle from and to the airport but also a complimentary shuttle to and from the festival park, which was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were fabulous and varied every day, offering many different options. The bar was open 24/7, which was a big plus, too. Our room was spacious and spotless, and because we stayed on the top floor, we had a great view of the city. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

We booked one night here for the night before our flight home from Mexico. Pros: -big, comfy king bed with decent pillows! -A/C worked well -room was clean and spacious with ample furniture -front desk staff was polite (minimal English, mostly Spanish, but we made it work) -shuttle to airport in the morning was excellent (on time, friendly and helpful driver) Cons: -the shower faucet handle (which turns the water on and controls the temperature) fell off...seems like it wasn't properly repaired from a previous incident. Made using the shower difficult. -communication through the Booking app with this hotel was very poor, despite attempting multiple messages I barely got answers, and when I did, they didn't make sense. This was all prior to arrival. -restaurant food was decent but overpriced. Overall a good pick if you need to be at the airport for an ungodly hour or just want to have a free shuttle there. Make sure to arrange your shuttle at the front desk in person ahead of time!

The room was large and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was excellent and we were very happy with the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a bit of confusion about our pick up arrangement from the airport but luckily I had a Mexican SIM card in my phone so got a message about the changed meeting place.

Great area! Walmart across the street. Mercado within walking distance. You can get the bus across the street. There are street vendors across the street. There was a nice restaurant and bar across the street. I walked 15min to a laundry mat and washed my clothes. I rented a car, so I had a place to park it every night. The restaurant in the hotel was good also.

It was a little noisy as it was Mothers day, and thats a popular party time. But I took the 4th floor for this reason.... I used ear plugs.

Very good bed, very good shower, we stayed as a layover so it was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean and has all the amenities. Very good bathroom and room layout was excellent.

It was not possible to get a hold of the reception at all despite 10 calls and 20 messages. It was to organise the free airport pickup to the hotel but we ended up having to waste time waiting for their response and in the end pay for the taxi ourselves.

My favorite part of this hotel was the BEDS! The reviews continuously mention the beds but it is 100% true. I am picky about my beds and I love a good hotel bed, but surprisingly, for a budget minded hotel, these beds are amazing! The showers were hot and had a lot of water pressure. Good beds and a hot pressured shower, that's pretty much all I need. The rooms are a bit dated but it was totally fine, the staff was professional and the hotel restaurant's food was decent with friendly service. Another key reason people like this hotel is not only for the price point but the free airport shuttle. Its about a 20 minute trip (with no traffic - which is probably rarely occurs in Mexico City). The hotel is not at the airport, but the shuttle was efficient for me. Its a great "layover" hotel, or a "spend the night before or after the flight" which is what I did. The neighborhood is not the most glamorous part of Mexico City but I didn't really go out.

I wish the little hotel "tienda" had better snack options.

Note inside is spacious and clean. There is a restaurant on the main floor. Food was delicious and price was not extremely high. Waiters and waitresses were amazingly courteous and very attentive. We had supper, I had some Al pastor tacos and they were big, tasty and not expensive. My wife had a salad, it was of decent size and very tasty too. You can pay with credit card which is very convenient as it was the end of our trip and didn’t have much cash. The hotel has a shuttle service, the shuttle leaves the hotel every day every hour on the dot. I believe they’re in the airport every hr on the half hr segments. Best you call them to find out where and when they do. Super convenient. Have some cash for tips For the driver. The hotel concierge and front desk staff where very helpful and even got us in a bit earlier, they let us keep our bags there as we went to get some lunch (we were there earlier than noon, got us in by 2). Room had everything we needed, was clean and had lots of space. We also loved their breakfast!! They allowed us to upgrade to buffet and was amazing. Great selection of food.

Area where hotel is is not the greatest to go walking but it is safe. It’s just not pretty. There are a few places where you can take a cab or an Uber to go and get some street tacos or even pozole. Just make sure you take a Uber or cab back.

Great rooms and good service

The internet never works well, the TV was not able to connect to YouTube. I have to use my cellphone data to share wifi to the TV. The hotel needs to upgrade their guests internet service or review it

Beautiful property with a large grocery store across the street and food vendors very close. Shuttle from and to the airport included in the room price. The room was clean and well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the curved pathway to the toilet. 🙂 I will 100% stay here again.

Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Very nice hotel, well care and staffed. Rooms are pleasant, comfortable, clean and with air conditioner control. Beds are the most comfortable beds I have sleep at! Loved my showers! It was great, with a good amount of pressure! Kitchen and restaurant had great food options. Margarita, Ruth our waitress were pleasant, courteous and attentive.
