Excellent location near airport. The walk time to the airport using a pedestrian bridge is about the same as a shuttle drive time, 7 minutes or so. We walked with our carry on bags. Youd need their shuttle only if you have checked luggage maybe. There was two restaurants off the lobby, very convenient. Room size was good, and we never found it noisy being next to an airport.

One improvement would be a larger satellite TV channel lineup. The lineup is limited and no English channels at all. Just one like CNN or FOX would be nice. We solved it by streaming Netflix, their wifi is strong.

Location is perfect for the Airport, 4 minutes. There’s a free shuttle Hotel-Airport. The staff is very friendly, internet was working good. Breakfast is by menu so you can go downstairs to the restaurant and pay directly there. The room is spacious and clean, the shower in the bathroom was fantastic. There are two elevators. Around the area, just 3 minutes walking there’s an OXXO store where you can buy small groceries like drinks, sandwich, chips, cookies, snacks, etc.

You could improve the quality of the pillows.

The staff was friendlier from the first time I stayed. The person who stored my luggage while I waited for my room was very friendly and helpful. He pointed me to the mall that was nearby and gave me helpful directions. I was given an early check in when a room became available before check in time.

I messaged the hotel early as I had dropped my family at the airport and needed the use of their shuttle service. I looked at my phone to see if i had a reply and had just been left on read. This was an hour after i had messaged them about the shuttle service. It took about 2 hours for me to be told that the shuttle service was not available and to use a cab service. (I was reimbursed). The TV in the room still didn't work and had no remote. I had the same problem with the wifi with it connecting and disconnecting.

My wife and I are grateful to the hotel and its Manager Maribel Martell who took special personalized care for my wife’s horrible skin abscess. Maribel kindly arranged for appointment with a Dermatologist and in addition provide her car and the driver to take us to the doctor and bring us back to the hotel. We remain grateful to the Manager and all the staff at all levels.. from reception to porters to shuttle, etc. We stayed for 16 nights as against our original plan of 4 days. We will definitely return in a few months as We Hotel has become our second home!!

Great location for people flying in and out of Mexico City. The porters are attentive. The hotel restaurant is relaxing and the food is good. We had an excellent and very professional waiter.

This was not the hotel's fault but the taxi companies are preventing other types of transportation from picking people up at the airport. So, we were not able to take the shuttle to the hotel. As a result, we had to wait in line for an hour for a taxi. I do believe you can walk outside the airport and get an Uber or a normal city taxi.

The property was fine. Clean and nice staff. The drive from the airport looks like it’s taking you to a bad part of the city but the hotel is fine once you get inside. Not sure I would venture outside at night as a single women traveler. The restaurant was Ok the waiters were nice and very accommodating both at dinner and breakfast. Good place for a nights stop over close to the airport.

The area seems a bit rough but I didn’t go out as I was only there overnight.

Room is nice, good value for being close to the airport. Very good shower. Excellent water pressure. Clean room.

I asked to store our luggage for a couple hours or get a later checkout. They would not support anything. They said that luggage storage was only for people coming in and they couldn’t give a late checkout because they were going to be full. Then I couldn’t get into my room at 1250 to pick up my luggage (key wouldn’t work) and the front office told housekeeping (who I asked to let me into my room) I needed to go downstairs and talk with them because it was too close to checkout time, 1300. The last time I stayed at this hotel I experienced better customer service. Perhaps it was an off day for them.

The location is sketchy to walk to at night, and they don't offer transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was strange to order a taxi to basically go across the street, and even then the driver managed to get lost. So a point off for not having transport both ways. Otherwise it would be a perfect place to stay for an overnight layover at MEX.

Close to the airport. Comfortable rooms. Shuttle to the airport 24/7. Good price. Staff is helpful. Do not always expect smiles from the staff. That is not always the way here in Mexico.

Previous times we stayed there there were shuttles from the airport to the hotel. We got in near midnight and found out there were no shuttles to the hotel. We had to take a taxi. Which increased the amount spent to stay there. Will have to consider that for next time.

Close to the airport - need a taxi from T2 but i think you can walk across from T1. The airport has a shuttle but it only works from the hotel to the airport not the other way round (website not clear when booking). Probably only 10 mins drive from the airport and a comforable base if youre passing through. Theres nothing around in terms of restaurants as far as we could tell but the hotel breakfast was fine. We didnt eat an evening meal due to timings
