As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by Randi at the front desk. She was very pleasant. Provided me information about the hotel that was very helpful to my stay; and I didn't even ask for the information. She was extremely helpful, informative, and accommodating. A valuable asset to the hotel. The pool area was very clean and my daughter enjoyed being able to get in the pool. The room was very clean, plenty of space, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was five star with many options. Well done. A very positive experience.

I honestly cannot think of one thing.

I loved the pond behind the property. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was very handy. The pillows and bed was very comfortable. There are two grocery stores close by. One being an Aldi. The location was perfect for my friends. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and items I have never seen before in a hotel buffet like protein drinks and chocolate milk. Also they had a great variety of healthy options. It is very close to everything in Celina. The maintenance staff was very helpful and quick. They also have an indoor pool and fitness room.

This property was great.

I wish the breakfast more options, maybe french toasts and different variety of fruits. It's included in our price, so what we get we get. Everything was great. My grandkids love coming over, they drive by and say Nanas house ..lol Your staff super friendly and bathroom super clean. We ask for additional towels, at the room within a few minutes. We love staying at your hotel.

It was in a great location... loved the pool... breakfast was delicious... kids loved playing and shopping close by... very nice and clean... employees were awesome...

The only thing I didn't like the sink wasn't in bathroom so I unfortunately left a $40 razor plugged in and didn't realized it till the next day... room 117

This was such a comfy and friendly establishment. The night shift employee (regret not getting her name to recognize her). She was so helpful and friendly. She kept the morning breakfast area so clean and stocked. My room was so clean and comfy. Normally I can't sleep when away from home but had no problem resting and getting a great night of sleep. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pillows. I highly recommend this Best Western when in Celina. They have a great variety of breakfast foods and snacks 🥰

Well, the only thing I didn't like was having to get out of bed ☺️

It was very clean and very friendly staff.

The walls were very thin. We heard people in the rooms next door until almost midnight. Loved the stay other then that

The breakfast was good. Check in was good. Over all this hotel was great. We had a room on the first floor by the outside door and the door was loud when used by others. That was the only small thing

Very good and convenient location

The coffee maker (Keurig) did not work. Very disappointed since I got up early, (6:00) and was ready to make coffee but had to get dressed quickly and get coffee in lobby.

The pillows! Oh my gosh! It was a heavenly cloud to lay my head on! We had the luxury room and the sunset over the water was magical. Everything was clean and prestige! Staff were amazing! And the breakfast! That was so yummy.

Only hitch was our last morning, they ran out of milk and didn't refill or offer to grab us one really quick. So cereal was wasted as it was acquired before realizing the milk was gone and we had to leave before they could fill the little fridge or coffee milk up.

Staff very friendly. Opened the breakfast early so our swimmers could eat before their swim meet both mornings.

The breakfast meat needs to be cooked a lot longer
