The room had a balcony with sea view from which we could watch the spectacular sunsets. The room was fine, maybe a bit cramped, but other rooms were larger, might just be the luck of the draw. Non sea facing rooms have larger terraces. We had a small but adequate balcony.. Fridge, kettle, 2 ring cooker. The price was amazing -€198 for 4 nights x 2 people in early October. Right in the village, just across from the beach. Clean, and the sheets were changed after 3 nights. Hint: We walked to Damnoni Beach, a hot trek, but turns out the boat to Preveli stops there so could have done it much more easily! Lovely beach, as are the 2 beaches near to it.

Nothing. At the price it was fantastic value. Would really recommend it. The hotel did not have beds on the beach, but there are plenty of options, including free beds from a couple of bars along the beach.

One of the Best Accommodations on Crete I know for individual Travelling. A nice couple is running this Hotel... If you have a wish..just think and they find a solution. Rooms big and well equipped. Nice Seaview. I will come back for sure. Efcharisto

The Coffee Shop on the ground floor has been rented to other people, nice and good cocktails/cold beer, but opening at noon ... So not the good breakfast as there should be before... Not a problem, many places around

The property is at the best location on Plakias beach and is well maintained. It has very spacious rooms with all the facilities one might need for a short or longer stay. It has its own private parking and also a very nice restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner for very reasonable prices. The room was cleaned ever day and that is something you don’t usually get for this price. So, excellent value. Very respectful staff and owners

The place was spotless and exceeded all of our expectations. The terrace was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the sea — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay flawless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We've been coming here for over 20 years and the welcome today is just as warm as it was 2 decades ago. The rooms are always clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast (if you opt for it) is delicious.

The bathroom could be a bit more spacious, but this is certainly not a show stopper.

The direct view over the sea from the big balcony was fantastic. We also appreciated the extreme closeness to the center of the village with its cafes and tavernas, as well as the hotels charming patio with cafe and bar.

Because of the closeness to the centre village, the noise of the traffic was a bit disturbing.

Great rooms with a pretty view of the ocean. The rooms are very clean (and get cleaned every day). Everybody is very friendly and there is a good selection of breakfast in the downstairs Cafe. We would definitely visit here again!

We had a really pleasant stay at hotel Livikon! The room while simple in style, is equipped with all the essentials. Waking up with the beautiful view also adds extra points!!

We loved staying here! It’s spacious, clean, light and airy. On the seafront. Afternoon drinks downstairs in the bar, highly recommended.

This property is right on the seafront in Plakias so it is an amazing location. The view from the sea facing room was amazing with such a nice balcony. The price of this accommodation is very good. All staff were very friendly also. Will definitely try to stay here again!
