It's not specific to this hotel, but I think 4 and 5 star hotels should start thinking promoting food quality over quantity. I don't mean that the food of this hotel is bad, it is not. But I would have rather got a lot fewer dishes but with higher quality (with authentic homemade local food such as boutique hotels). By less I mean a lot less (like real restaurants 3 starters, 3 mains...) I say it here because if customers never ask about this the "standard" food hotel service will never change.

Cold swimming pools, not heated at all so no one was swimming.

We loved our time there. The food was amazing, lot of choices. The room situation was perfect in the adult area so we didn't hear any children. We even got engaged on the beach. We would definietly recommend it to anyone and will be back hopefully soon. Also my partner had his birthday there. I asked the reception to book us a table for dinner and make a little cake. I gave them some decorations. They made an amazing quiet table for us, gave us a bottle of free champagne. Also they sent us one more bottle on that day and an other one the next day.

We had 2 beds pulled together and they kept moving apart, it's just we prefer one big bed.

Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. General facilities was nice and staff was quick to keep up in the restaurants constantly cleaning tables. So personal service was great on absolutely all levels. Pool area had a good layout too and didn’t have any problems getting a sun bed after 9 was a good change from previous hotels we have stayed in.

I wouldn’t say i didn’t like anything. The price we paid was fair for what it is. Although the hotel is definitely in need of a little update or simple paint around the buildings. But rooms where okay. When it comes to buffet and food it was as expected at an all inclusive. Nothing spectacular but a fair choice. Although I did enjoy self service on some drinks and snack bar was very good I owe did however miss a coffee machine in reception between breakfast and bar opening since we couldn’t take coffees out of breakfast area. A very small complaint, but even some paper take away cups would have satisfied that need. Although we survived perfectly well as it was.

The property is very lovely, clean, and large, lots of places to walk around, easy access to the gorgeous beach. Lots of variety of food plus late breakfast and snacks bar in the afternoon. Can’t complain about anything really, very good value for what you pay, perfect spot for holiday in the winter. Staff always happy and working so hard.

In my opinion the room could do with a much more comfortable mattress and pillows and the all inclusive cocktails to be more qualitative as they are poured from some bottles and they tasted like artificial colorants, I personally do not drink but sometimes I would have a cocktail , so I would prefer to be a nice cocktail.

Fabulous location for a beach holiday, but also well located for exploring the southern half of the island by car. Outdoor areas (pools and gardens) were very well maintained. Plenty of staff in all areas, the vast majority of whom were very friendly and efficient. In particular, Ivan and Erik in the Sports bar and night time bar in the main pool were fabulous.

The room soundproofing was awful. We could hear the occupants in the room next door talking and unfortunately were awoken at 4 or 5 am most mornings by the person in the room above us vomiting. Very disappointing! The food was all rather basic, which I suppose is normal for an all inclusive, but we were hoping that they would have had more "themed" evenings, with maybe Spanish/Asian/bbq evenings. Some areas, like the bedroom and sports bar need modernising.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The food was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the cleaners did a very good job every day. The view from our room was breathtaking, I woke up every morning to have my coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. We definitely will be back once.

After making the booking I sent a couple of messages and emails to the hotel to ask them to get the booked rooms near each other, but they never read them. There was no reply, so the check in took longer.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Good WiFi. Good atmosphere around pool areas. Beautiful views of the nearby beach. Nicely landscaped gardens. Food was good, although a bit repetitive. Enjoyed the different theme nights, in particular Mexican night. The beer was surprisingly good however the cocktails missed the mark. There were only one or two cocktails that were nice. Don’t bother with the sangria, worst we’ve ever tired, it was like paint stripper!

Room cards stopped working every couple of days, the card reader on the door was faulty. We had to go to reception every time to get new cards, which was a nuisance. Seems to be an ongoing problem as staff weren’t surprised. The apartment blocks are a bit run down and rough around the edges, wood chipped on doors. There were ants in the bathroom, it wasn’t a big problem as they didn’t spread into the room but it wasn’t nice getting into the bath with a colony of ants. Had to wipe down the bath area before every use.

Great location, friendly staff and fantastic view from front row sea view bedrooms. Food was good and varied and all inclusive drinks a bonus. A technical problem with no hot water in the room was promptly resolved and a bottle of good wine arrived with apology.

The general upkeep/maintenance of the property is not as good as their sister hotel next door where the pools are properly heated and therefore a better option for stays in winter.

Resort is situated in the picturesque location with direct ocean access. I did't book sea view room, however it felt like the view was always there to accompany, whenever spending time within multitude of pools, restaurants, bars, terraces and most importantly during my favourite beach walks. I loved that all rooms were located in separate rows of buildings creating little village with its quiet alleys and lively social points. Every meal was an experience and you could see so many people working hard and passionate to meet all the guests needs on all levels.

The resort is very far from the airport and not accessible easily by the public transport, Espresso bars only open from 10 am and it was strange for me to not start the day with real coffee, however it was worthy to wait a bit and head to the pool bar after breakfast to enjoy cortado with a beautiful view.
