Beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel is very close to the sea and the staff were very friendly. The sunloungers by the pool were very comfy and the view from here was also delightful. The dining experience was easy to navigate.

The food quality was average but this was expected. The coffee was however not good at all, meaning we tended to get coffees from the main bar instead rather than take the complimentary one with breakfast. While there was a fridge in the room, there were no tea of coffee-making facilities. These would have been nice given the balcony and the view!

The hotel was just wonderful. The perfect spot. We didn’t have a car put they do a shuttle bus to nearest town and from there you can easily get a bus to Palma or elsewhere. Food was fantastic too and the terrace area has lovely atmosphere and a pretty good view!

The only downside… and it’s big… the walls are paper thin! You can hear everything (!!!!) that goes on either side of you and it can turn the holiday into a bit of a nightmare. Take earplugs! We had to ask for blankets because we turned air con up to max to drown some of it out. The hotel did say they would move us but we’d have same trouble everywhere. My daughter blamed me for snoring then realised it was coming from next door, that’s how close it feels! I would still return though, it’s lovely.

Superb location for beautiful small beach with clear water. Lots of pine trees to give shade from the sun. Staff in dining room, reception and throughout the hotel were efficient, friendly and polite.

Quite a trek to Paguera where it's possible to get snacks, something which is missing in Carla Fornells. Hotel food is good (apart from roast suckling pig! yukk), but a bit expensive.

Comfortable traditional hotel in a lovely location right by a pretty cove. Although the area is built up, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. We had half board; the quality of the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely sea views and woodland walks behind the hotel.

Limited public parking around the hotel. We recommend using the hotel’s car park which cost €10 per night.

We loved the beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room was pristine. The staff were truly wonderful. Being able to mix it up between a dip in the pool and the sea was a real treat

If I had to be really fussy, the food in the restaurant did not match the hotel. The food on the terrace is top notch but the breakfast felt neglected, lacking choice, didn’t feel quality and was often cold. We didn’t try dinner because a few guests mentioned it wasn’t great. This was disappointing for an otherwise wonderful hotel.

The hotel was a beautiful mix of modern and Spanish design overlooking a gorgeous beach. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Little touches such as a complimentary fruit juice at the pool bar, yoga sessions on the terrace and occasional live music (pianist one evening and a saxophonist another!) made our stay even more enjoyable. We were looking for somewhere we could just relax for a week and this was perfect. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus into Paguera which we took one evening to eat at Mar y Mar an excellent fish restaurant on the beach.

If you’re eating in the hotel restaurant every evening the food could be a little hit and miss and I would have liked more choice, though I come from a family that likes to cook so am being a little picky here. Overall the food was good offering a buffet or choice of 3 main meals. If you’re looking to explore then you’ll need some form of transport as Paguera is a 20 minute plus uphill walk away. Paguera has 3 beaches and you can get the boat tours from there. The town itself is just a street with shops and cafes, we didn’t like it so didn’t spend any time there other than visiting the fish restaurant which I would recommend. It’s worth noting there are no shops or restaurants in the streets around the hotel, though we considered this a plus as the cove was relatively secluded.

The hotel is one of the few family businesses left and you can feel it talking with ant of the smiley and helpful staff. The location is unbeatable for a relaxing time off: it sits opposite Cala Fornells one of the best beaches in Palma. The pool on the roof is surrounded by pine trees and it feels like being immersed in nature while overlooking the sea. On a few evenings music events were organised on the ground floor terrace. In one occasion I recall, we had the best time, listening to the piano under a clear sky full of stars and with the sound of the waves in the background. We were there for a week and had the pleasure of meeting a few recurring guests that have been coming to the hotel for the better part of 30 years. This was great to hear and a testament to the great hospitality that you can experience at the hotel. A special thanks to Davinia at the front desk and to Juan David based poolside for ensuring that our stay was great. Highly recommended for couples, singles and families alike.

All good, nothing to add.

Beautiful cove and a lovely, quaint hotel. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds. Lovely pool area and very comfortable sunbathing beds. Lunches down on the terrace were tasty, but always busy as there aren’t any places nearby to pop to for lunch.

The hotel is a short drive from Peguera, Camp de Mar and Port D’Andrax. Taxis seemed to be unreliable and slow (across this side of the island) so we were very glad to have a hire car. If you’re looking for somewhere to stroll to restaurants for lunches and dinners, this wouldn’t work. A very minor point but to enter the sea you have to walk through reception and the main (busy) terrace, which can feel a bit awkward in your swimwear and towel. There isn’t a tap to wash your feet after the beach so you do end up dragging sand through the hotel and into the room, if you go straight up into the room.

Great place with a very professional staff. The hotel provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is accessible for people with disabilities, including the outdoor pool on the top floor. There is a small and lovely beach right in front of the hotel, and sunbeds are reserved for hotel guests until 10:00-10:30. However, since the beach is public, you will need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, you can conveniently rent a car directly from the hotel without any deposit required. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area, making it the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. For those looking for more activity, Peguera is just a 15-20 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel offers free shuttle rides to and from Peguera four times a day. Palma is also easily accessible, just a 30-minute drive away.

Keep in mind that this location is designed more as a retreat than a typical busy, noisy beach resort. If you're looking for more action, it might not be the ideal choice.

The hotel is very nice and in a great area. It has a restaurant that you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room that we stay was spacious and had a nice bathtub, with a beautiful view to the beach ‘Cala’❤️. There is a lot of nature around and opportunities to beautiful walks and secret ‘calas’.

It’s a 20 min walk to Paguera boulevard, but is a very scenic walk and we enjoy. No public transportation to the area, but that is what makes the area more peaceful because there is not a lot of traffic in the area. There are UBER and Taxi services available, or parking with cost .
