Bathroom too small, husband fell in the bathroom because the tub gets slick and had no safety grips on the tub floor.notified front desk but all they did was apologize. Luckily i did not have to call 911, it took me a while to get him up off the floor of the bathroom. His back is still sore. Toilet seat loose, moves from side to side. Vessel sink not for this type of room, tub drained slow. No fan in bathroom to get rid of humidity. Need more ports to plug in electronics.as well as electrical outlets. What is in the room is occupied by lights clocks etc. Bed was nice, but too soft, need to put toilet paper in front of toilet to reach it. Room was clean.

It was very clean and inviting! Also the staff was extraordinarily helpful! We had to change hotels last minute due to a mold issue in the hotel next door, and they very quickly got us a room. Sadly they weren’t surprised we were moving over, as this seems to be a common occurrence. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable!

The light on the ac unit was burnt out, so I wasn’t sure if I had the ac running at times. Room was comfortable enough, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Also wished they had more fruit options for breakfast. But that’s really it.

It was a very clean hotel, the indoor pool was open in February. They have a fitness center. The rooms are very clean and awesome though the soap dispenser in my shower was empty. Room 206...go fill it. Most of all, the staff was amazing, especially Shelby. Shelby was super friendly and helpful. I need to print my bus ticket but was in a rush to catch a taxi. Shelby had me email it to the hotel and the ticket was waiting for me when I returned. I don't know Shelby other than meeting her at the hotel, and I wish all hotels were staffed with Shelbys. Give this woman a raise, Best Western. The WiFi was OK, not great.

The breakfast was gross but the coffee was good. The banana was fresh. The sausages were icky and the eggs were nasty powder-type stuff. Ew. People who used the pool would leave puddles of water throughout the hotel, even in the elevator. This is not cool. They need to stay on top of that but I'm sure that's not Shelby's job.

Breakfast was more than adequate for hotel food. The front desk staff was great, offering good info on the area and repeatedly asking if everything was okay, offering additional help if needed. This accommodation will be our choice on any return visits.

The biscuits and gravy breakfast was great. but the sausage and egg patties were a bit repetitive. be nice if they could mix it up more on the weekend.

Clean, spacious room.

Breakfast staff were friendly but chatted amongst themselves about their personal lives, including their boyfriend and girlfriend fighting. Not quite the conversation to have within earshot of guests.

Steve that worked the front desk that day we checked in that’s evening was professional awesome customer service he helped us out a lot with whatever we needed! Thank you Steve. Thanks for breakfast It was great each time.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

I honestly there really wasn’t anything I just didn’t like about the stay here.

We didn't eat breakfast. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly,

I thought I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, but instead had a suite. Since I was sharing with a family member and not my spouse 2 beds would've been preferred.

The receptionist was amazing. Very courteous and polite. Great job with directions to our room and a pain free experience checking in and out. By the way breakfast even at 9am, was still really good.

Truly I would say the only thing that might have been just a little better was the elevator experience. Great wallpaper BTW but the power panel was on the first time going up to our room but the second time we came back up. No numbers. A little creepy lol other than that truly a really good experience for both my partner and I.
