The front desk staff was friendly and our room was extremely clean. Beds were fresh and comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean. Patio is a nice touch.

I stayed in my booking that we needed a room for 2 adults and 3 teenage children , but the room only had 2 queen beds and no sofa. We had to pay a fee for a rollaway bed to be brought in. It would also be nice if there was an included breakfast.

Just one thing… The bathtub, the bottom of it was sloping to be very narrow so I could face towards the faucet or rear. If you try to put your feet towards the side of the tub, your feet will slide down to the middle of it. I had to face towards the curtain or the opposite. Never had this problem at any other hotel. I had never seen a tube like this one. I like to take showers only. Then one last thing, the water does not drain properly towards the drain. After a day, the tub should be dry instead it a small pool of water in the middle.

Fantastic, the staff were great could not be more helpful and friendly, would highly recommend staying here, we stopped there to visit friends in the area we came from the UK and used it as a base to access the area. Thanks Guys Good Job.

If there was a fault we did not find it, there was building work going on in the hotel but this never bothered us, to be fair we never heard anything.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The fire pit looked neat but wasn't working. Breakfast is not included in the price, it's an additional fee per person and the room was a little overpriced compared to others of its size, so I feel like some kind of breakfast inclusion would have offset the cost better.

Comfortable bed.

Refrigerator way too small, and fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were all down at floor level, which was awkward and inconvenient.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very polite.

I'd asked for a towel refresh, but it wasn't done. And when I first arrived, there was a previously opened bottle of Sprite in the mini fridge.

It was clean and staff was helpful and pleasant.

It was under renovations but they did a good job keeping it quiet and unaffected.

There were a few minor issues that the staff went the extra mile to try and fix. Overall, great folks, location was very convenient, and price was good.
