Considering I didn’t know the area and how far away it would be for us to get to Baseball tournement , it turned out to be a great choice! So good location easy to get to eat to get to returns abd stores!

The breakfasts were always hot and the staff was very friendly.

There was an issue with some other guests staying across from our room (loud and disrespectful). But the staff handled everything excellently.

Great interactions with front desk staff, friendly and attentive. Lobby and room both clean and neat. Breakfast was modest as expected, but full and good quality.

Outlets on nightstand lamp did not work. That is the only complaint I had, and it's a minor one, there was an adjacent wall outlet.

We liked the location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was pretty clean and so was the bathroom. We did not make use of any other facilities in the hotel.

Breakfast options could have been a bit better. That said what was there was pretty decent.

Came in for a family funeral, Comfort Suites was accommodating and very polite. made things a little easier when you don't have to worry about your room, loved it.if I come back I will stay here again, thank you all for your kindness it was greatly appreciate it.

I found this hotel after a terrible night somewhere else. The front desk person, Joyce was very nice. She asked what I was staying in town for and gave me the IWU student & parent discount after U told her I was in town for a school intensive. The room was excellent and exactly what I needed to rest and work on schoolwork. The location was great and close to everything I needed. I will 100% stay there again when I return for my graduation.

The bathtub didn't drain properly, so some water was just sitting in it for several days. Other than that, evwrything was fine.

We had a wheelchair-bound guest and were so grateful to have a first-floor room with a handicap-accessible shower. We also liked how there were so many places to sit and eat for breakfast with my family without feeling like I was crowding other people.

The water smelled really bad in bathroom but I think that's got to do with city not the hotel but the other than that it was great stay

Grounds well maintained. The room was exceptionally clean. Many little extras to benefit the guests. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Near a wide variety of restaurants and stores.

I was told it was a Queen bed in a Queen suite, it was a Queen Suite but the bed was not a Queen, it was a Full. When I asked staff about it they insisted it was a Queen, however it definitely was not a Queen!
