Staff friendly and hospitable- fresh coffee, hot water, ice tea available in lobby at all times. Fresh fruit and water bottles served before breakfast hours for those who had to take off before breakfast. Lobby and rooms clean. Our ice bucket had water in it from not being emptied from previous guests but not a deal breaker. We have stayed there before and will stay again! I stayed with my two daughters and felt completely safe both inside and outside the hotel. Most of the guests appeared to be families staying for sports events as well as coaches and referees.

Exceptional breakfast, location, and the staff went the extra mile in every way. The manager and all of the associates were courteous and very engaging, noticing what the guests needed without even being asked.

The only thing could’ve been better is if the stay was free. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations.

Hotel breakfasts are never that special this was no better or worse (good coffee though). Newspapers available. Finding the entrance to the hotel off the main road was TERRIBLE ! I couldn't believe an entrance could be so weird, Speaking of weird, whoever picked out the color for the walls should be fired. Other than those few things - it was a good place to stay. Clean - that's the important thing :)

Staff was very friendly

My second night there was something like rodents in the walls - unfortunately there were no other available rooms so I had to stay in that room and got no sleep. I was told I would be getting a refund and I never received it or heard back from anyone.

I made reservations for two identical rooms at identical rates thru ‘Booking.com’; the hotel only had record of one room reserved, which was frustrating to me. A room was available (of different type and rate) and we were able to avoid inconvenience. We’re not happy with ‘Booking.com’

Nice facility. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good. Pool nice (wish it had a hot tub lol) and could have been warmer in pool area. Staff nice enough. Good stay.

I would say the biggest complaint was that the room would get a marijuana smell from some other rooms once in a while and the kids were like what is that smell. Some people have no respect. Not necessarily the facilities fault but is bad everywhere anymore.

The reserved room was (at no additional cost) upgraded to a double queen suite for reasons unknown to me, 5 star all the way!!

The area was large and there was a pretty good choice of food but I miss the hard boiled eggs

We had requested connecting rooms since we were taking 2 of my sons 5 kids in our room, but didn’t get it also, My room had a small counter in the bathroom, 3 other family members had the same 2 queen bed rooms and they had nice large counters. My room should have been discounted for that reason. Getting ready for a wedding and we could have used more room.

Easy check in, nice room, clean

Bathtub is higher than the floor and you can fall easily because there is hardly any flat portion to the tub. We are in our 40s and no fear of falling. Now we have to pay 5.00 for parking and that was not discussed or displayed.

Shampoo, cream rents and lotion in the bathroom. We're exceptional, nice sent, and worked really well. Nice to have these available at our fingertips.

I believe the room was overpriced, $144 a night seemed outrageous to me.
