The room was modern and mainly clean, and there weren't many people. The pool was nice and warm and clean. The bed was large and the sweet offered several amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Free wifi, desk for my work, and the desk printed off papers for me.

The "pool view" was a "walmart view." There were spiders in the room and the shower head made a high pitch noise that was quite piercing. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The cost was extremely high for the location especially when you can pay about the same for a stay in Chicago downtown. However, it served its purpose.

The breakfast was just wonderful everything tasted good. I enjoyed the sausage and biscuits they were hot and fresh.

They was not one thing I was unhappy about while staying here at the True. I wanted to tell the clerk when we left how pleased I was but he was not a available. I will watch for this hotel in the future as a first choice. Thank you for the delightful experience.

Hotel was clean, quiet, cozy and very comfortable. It's a hotel so it can't be perfect for everyone's liking. Rooms are clean the bed is clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing they did check up on me during my stay .

Couldn't complain about anything

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the kids loved the heated pool!

Charging stations in front of hotel/parking lot didn't work. (third party company) And the town doesn't have other charging stations so had to go to nearby town

Breakfast was fantastic! My whole family was so full and everyone was happy to get something they wanted! The room was fantastic. Spacious. Loved the curtain idea to separate. Appreciate the pull out bed!

It was factory made frozen, the hotel chain used to cook the breakfast and serve it in large metal serving containers that was great, now it’s not good.

Shower head in room shower was a bit clogged, like hard water clogged, not a great spray, and shower door didn't want to stay closed close to shower control side, room 327

Every thing was fine in room ,but how do you cook with out a stove ,the only thing to cook with was a microwave and toaster, I guess your just supposed to heat up leftovers.
