The overall impression of this hotel was very positive and attractive. It looked very modern, contemporary and clean. The room was a very nice size and the bed, furniture, lighting, bathroom and everything else was excellent. The breakfast was very good and included ample hot food items, including a make your own pancake machine. This is the first I have ever seen one of these in a hotel. The food service attendant kept everything fresh and supplied as well as clean. She was very attentive to all aspects of the breakfast bar area.

The only negative thing about this hotel is the fact the ice machine on the floor of my room (third floor) was apparently out of order. Therefore, I had to go to the second floor to obtain ice. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Booked a room in Kokomo, where we had stopped for dinner on our move from Texas to Michigan. We realized while we were eating how exhausted we were, so I went online and found a King room at the Holiday Inn Express. It was very clean, spacious, and perfect for two weary travelers. I’d stay here again if given the opportunity.

Most of staff was very polite and courteous and very helpful .

Was a staff member in at night that wasn’t helpful appeared she didn’t care .Large group with kids staying there running up and down hall loud as late as 11:30 pm playing on elevators going floor to floor .

It was great all around. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. You couldn't ask for more.

They seem to have lost my points from my two prior stays, so i couldn't use what I had coming to me. So that really upset me.

Breakfast was good. Great selection of food. Better variety than other hotel breakfasts.

Room lighting could have been a little better. Even with all the lights turned on, it wasn’t as bright as I wanted it to be (with the exception of the bathroom). The bathroom had great lighting with bright overhead and vanity lights. Shower water could have been hotter.

We've always stayed at the La quinta, but the last time the staff were very rude and stand offish. We decided to come try this hotel. I really enjoyed the price and the staffs positive energy. I was able to converse with staff while waiting for my ride to come around after checking out and they were just very friendly. I also loved the windows it made the room so bright and most hotels give a gloomy feel in my opinion. ☺️

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. The staff was great. The room was very up to par.

Easy check in and check out was done on the TV in the room

My review of our checkout was 526.50 but the amount on my debit card is 551.70 not the price at checkout and not recit sent to my email as of 2:15pm and we checked out a little after 8am

I appreciate the great staff and the amazing general manager I appreciate all of them, the breakfast staff the front desk staff the sales staff all were EXCELLENT because they are knowledgeable in their role and they do provide top tier service!

There is nothing I didn't like.

Size of room was nice, breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable

The pool was very small and so was the patio space. There were large groups occupying all of the communal areas so we couldn’t enjoy the patio or sit outside because there wasn’t a lot of seating.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating!

There was food left over in the fridge so the room smelled like onions when we walked in
