Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is good with enough variety to keep three different kids happy and fed.

The food staff was very rude and unhelpful. The buffet style service left no place to put down a plate and serve yourself and the tongs were difficult to handle. As someone with disabilities in my hands I found it VERY difficult to serve a plate without spilling or making a mess. Extending the counter to allow for plates to be set down alone would have made everything much easier. Staff was also smoking right outside the front door on the non-smoking property. Lobby bathrooms were disgusting.

We really enjoy being close to family when we come to visit. This time we had to come 3 weekends out of 1 month due to a sick family member & then the funeral. I really liked that when I called to make a reservation for 2 rooms & mentioned why that Tamara informed me of the bereavement discount which saved us a lot of money. I really do appreciate that so much.

The parking but it’s not that bad.

The entire four-night stay was excellent. From the hotel staff at check in to the room itself, everything was great. Didn't use the pool on this trip, but we have in the past. The morning breakfast was way above expectations and the items were hot and tasty.

The breakfast was the best. Most hotels serve the same thing everyday that’s plain and tasteless compared to yours. Breakfast was like a breath of fresh air….!

I like the coffee maker better than the what you have in the rooms but what you have is fine.. I still like it.

I wish they would have had a water station in the lobby. I had to go all the way to an ice station and my room to fill my water bottle

The location was good for central Indiana. Close to many restaurants. The rooms were up to date and clean. The breakfast was good, although no bacon. Staff was friendly.

We wanted adjoining rooms, but they no longer had adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds. Pool was a little small.

The breakfast had a nice variety of options, something for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in the area, this is the best one by far.

I really have no negative things to say, Our stay was affordable and comfortable.

This is a clean, updated hotel in a convenient area! Staff was friendly & the breakfast offered choices & it was good! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The pool area wasn't very inviting. I usually like to use or at least hang out by an indoor pool, but this one wasn't appealing.
