The location was great! Close to restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very nice. Breakfast was basic but very good! We do recommend this hotel.

We paid thru Booking.com but then I received an email to complete the check in process before arriving. I had initially booked a double queen (because that was all that was provided through Booking.com) but there was an upgrade offered in the email from the hotel. We upgraded to a king suite and then was charged (by the hotel) a second room rate + a second incidental fee with the upgrade fee by mistake. We were still waiting for a resolution, however the staff has been very nice and accommodating so I’m hoping it will be resolved soon.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Price was best vs competition.

This was a Sunday night when the hotel is least full. I don't see why they don't spread guests out in order to ensure a restful night. I was put in a room next to a couple who I could hear arguing through the walls at 5:00am. The F word was used clearly before one of them left slamming the door. Also, because of the thin walls, it was very obvious to me that the guest below me was smoking as my room smelled like smoke.

Breakfast was so good opened before they said it was. It was very good with lots of choices

The bed was supposed to be a king and I'm pretty sure it was a queen. The room either stayed to hot or to cold. They need to clean the rooms more often we were there for several days and only got it cleaned one time.

I loved everything! The woman that checked us in was so friendly she even came into the pool area and told my grand kids a joke. The breakfast was good and the attendant was on top of it all. We didn't have to wait for anything.

loved everything except our room had a musty/animal smell in it. Once I turned the a/c on it got better. I didn't like we only got a shower.

Location was close to the path of totality for the eclipse. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was standard continental buffet. There is a good brewery right across the road!

We booked last minute for the eclipse and paid 3x what the hotel should have cost (price gauging). The only toiletries put out in the room were bars of soap, a TINY shampoo and one face wipe. I had to ask for conditioner at the front desk.

We didn't eat at the hotel. The location was perfect to where we had to go. Did enjoy the fire place inspite of it being 80° outside. The staff were very friendly too!

Didn't really care for the layout of the room nor the decor it seemed empty w/ all that open space. Was hoping to have more seating accommodations (couch, extra chair) a living room area.

Loved the presidential suite. So spacious! Staff were friendly. Nice to have complimentary breakfast on site.

No conditioner or lotion provided - even in the presidential suite that we paid more for. First and only hotel/motel experience in the US that I’ve experienced with this policy (and we even asked for it, only to be told we had to purchase those separately). I expect this in Europe and Asia, just not here.

Mattress was kinda lumpy and the Pillows were to. Refrigerator was turned up to the highest setting and still was not cold enough to keep Ice Cream Frozen..

The staff. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The decor is elegant. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good.

Hand soap. The tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink seems cheap compared to everything we experience at your hotel. Pump soap would be better. Either on the wall or a pump on the counter. Sharing soap bar at a sink is gross. I went out on day 1 and bought a pump soap for the other days of our visit.

The staff were very pleasant to talk with and accommodating if I chose to do my proposal there. And the pool area was absolutely comfortable considering this time of the year.

There were only two issues we had during the stay. The room we were in had a shower door that wouldn't fully close. And throughout the evening we thought there were people working above us because there was a drilling noise. I woke up in the middle of the night and still heard the same consistent sound to find it was possibly the refrigerator above us.
