Love the location, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft but not to soft you would sink into them. We loved the bed and pillows. We forgot to check to see what kind of mattress it was and the pillows, because we would definitely love to get those 😂. This is the only hotel we have actually slept good in.

Well the only thing that was wrong is we know the room hadn't been looked over when they cleaned it because a dirty towel was on the back of the bathroom door. If that is the same only thing I could complain about then I think they are doing a good job

We usually love staying here. The location + indoor pool is perfect for us most times

The lady on staff at breakfast was very rude. She started cleaning up/taking things away while we were getting our plates. Yes, It was around the end of breakfast but if we're there making plates trying to grab what we need at least let us grab our utensils, jelly, etc. We also asked about late checkout so our kids can enjoy the pool but she seemed like she didn't know what we were talking about. And went on telling us after we checkout we can't use the indoor pool anymore... yeah, that's why we wanted a late checkout 🤦🏻‍♀️ she was unprofessional & very snappy anytime we talked to her.

Overall the property was very well kept, clean, the room was a great size and had a very clean bathroom. The staff were great and helpful.

They did have some construction going on with the pool, however, that happens sometimes so a little louder than typical but not as horrible as it could have been.

Sharer was AWESOME, has great personality & friendly. Sorry didn’t get day shift staff members name. She was very honest I left the property & tried to call a friend….no phone, turned around went back to my room. I was looking for my phone when someone knocked on the door. Staff had found it at front desk. Guess when I extended my stay I sat it down & walked off. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area. Thank you all!

Everything was great!

Nice Breakfast. White & Wheat toast, Bagels, cereal, fruit, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, orange 7 apple juices, pasteries, etc.

Pool was being repaired, but the website mentioned that before hand, so it wasn't a surprise, but it would have been nice to have the option to swim.

The pool and the staff were great!

Wish the breakfast was continental with sausage and bacon, all in all the breakfast was pretty good.

the hotel is definitely dated but the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was a nice spread for the kids. the pool was inexplicably “under maintenance” for our stay which was a bummer. but all in all a Very good value for the price.

bathroom could use some necessary updates

It was fine. Clean, quiet. The bathroom motion light and fan came on and woke me up. I'd prefer a choice on bathroom fan or not . I liked that they had a recycle basket.

Loved the breakfast and the bed

Received a call within hours of checking out, to let me know I left a clothing garment in the room. Im hoping they with faciilatate with me to have it shipped.
