Breakfast was fine, above average but not exceptional. The parking lot was easy to navigate, there were enough handicapped parking places available.
The pancake machine was broken. This has been the case at the last few Holiday Inn Express. There seem to be very few handicapped accessible rooms. I'd asked for a handicapped accessible room but they were not able to provide me with one. They did give me a room on the first floor though which was helpful.

The heated pool was amazing and the water felt great, the breakfast was amazing as well especially the potatoes. Loved the room I had (313)
That the fitness room is 24/7 but the pool is not. I prefer to swim, at night (after kids go to bed) to help relax me before bed.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how clean the facility was.
A little wonky thing was the volume of the TV speaking the volume numbers out loud even after turning down the volume. We didn't like that.

Very nice staff, Karen in the kitchen was so friendly & through breakfast was very good! Some standing water in the shower while showering but other then that great one night stay for us.

Size of our suite and price was really good for the size
That it only had 1 ac unit in the main section of the suite and it didn't have one for the 2nd bedroom section

Great place to lay your head for the night. Staff was wonderful. Guest laundry super clean and everything working. Bed was very, very comfortable. Incredible water pressure for the shower!!

I liked everything about it. The staff was amazingly nice helpful and always ready to go above and beyond to help you..
The only thing I didn't really like was the price of there drinks and other snacks and toiletries they were so expensive

The property was very modern and attractive
The housekeepers were a bit noisy while we were trying to sleep in. We would have liked the location closer to Route 25 just due to our particular travel plans
