Were not enough pillows in the room, not even left in cupboards. Also, lounge area should apply rules for visitors. It is SPA resort, and lounge area is for spending some time relaxing or enjoying company with family or partner. Meaning, sport matches should be not showed on TV in such luxury lounge, and disturbing peace zone. On Thursday evening basketball game was shown on TV in the lounge and the lounge become as a pub, people having beer and staring TV. I strongly believe this should be taken into consideration regarding people who came to enjoy the space of the lounge and not be forced to be in the environment of sport matches. It is not match with 4,5 stars Gradiali reputation. Also, parking area should be resolved as guest it was an issue with parking a car

Gradialis Place was like a paradise. Food, every dish we ordered in hotels restaurant was like masterpiece. Special thanks to a kitchen chef. I felt like in a cruizship. All staff trained well and smiley :) but not annoying. We ordered a quite not cheap message, but didnt get disappointed. Special thanks to messeuse master.Danguolė. After staying 2 nights in this SPA , we got a very good rest, relaxed, and felt like a "jelllyfish" :). Only one little thing, - noise isolation between rooms could be better. My verdict - ☆☆☆☆☆ worth by quality.

Breakfast - amazing, big choice of different type of food. Rooms has a lot of space, nice balconies. SPA area very nice once is not many people as it is quite tiny for such big hotel, so suggestion just to let some people by maybe booking time to the SPA area..

Too massy once many people in SPA area, as SPA area not big even has two swimming pools. Evening bar near reception it's a shame... very nice place, cozy but staff and cocktails are absolutely terrible especially once you paying such price for a coctail or desert... disappointed.

Pineta restaurants food was awesome.very quiet hall and room. Ca 10 min walk to the beach/sea. Breakfast buffet is unfortunately onmediocre. Yes they try, but it ain't four star level. Pool area open from 10am to 10pm. Great children playroom.

Breakfast buffet isn't inspiring. The clothes shop is pathetic. Is not needed.

Property is very well maintained, clean, smells nice, good breakfast, nice rooms.

Extra bed was squeaky and not very comfortable, SPA area (pool) is too small for such number of visitors (although they are expanding, so it will be solved). Not much eating options around. A bit tight with parking.

Clean rooms and bed linen, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and a very rich breakfast (included). Dinner is available for an additional fee. No issues with Wi-Fi, parking, or the check-in and check-out process. The pool and sauna area are nice.

The pool is a bit too small for the number of visitors. However a new SPA zone with a larger pool is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in January 2025.

We stayed 7 days and they only changed the bedding once and that was on the 6th night , I would have thought it would have been changed at least after 3 or 4 nights, We had a new room, I did not like there was no where to hang your coats up only in the wardrobe, which is not good if your coats are wet or damp,

The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars, I think, they are aiming to get them soon. The service is super friendly, the rooms are sparkling clean, stylish and comfortable, the SPA is great, with 2 pools and 4 unique saunas, there is also a great variety of procedures, both medical and SPA, that you can book and enjoy. The quality of those is great! The location of the hotel is beautiful- fresh air and nature whatever season it is. A beautiful bonus is also fountains of drinking mineral water (very beneficial and tasty), and fresh water as well, so no need to worry about getting thirsty! I also loved the gym! It was well conditioned and had various cardio and weight machines! And, of course, the breakfast- it was the best in my life! I honestly didn't know that I can fit this much into myself, but the food was so delicious and fresh, and the offer varied every day!y family is amazed at this hotel, so we are already planning our next visit there (✯ᴗ✯)

Maybe only the restaurant where you can order a la carte needs some improvement- the food tasted a little blend and the service was not super fast.

The location, the food, just feels comfortable.

Some disconnect with the staff. One insistently asked to put blue bags on our feet in kid's room, although we took the shoes off (the rules state to put either the bags or take off the shoes), while the other asked to show the cheque for advance payment for the meals although they had a note of our room and payment in front of them.
