Location - it is a bit further from the main street, so it is quite and calm. Walking distance through the forest to the beach Rooms - spacious with nice balcony or terrace (this time we had a terrace) Breakfast - very wide choice of food SPA and new pool - pool, saunas etc are amazing, this is a newly opened place and it works the magic. SPA - only good words about the staff and procedures we had. BUT if you are planning to use spa - make sure to book treatments before your arrival, otherwise it can be tricky due to no available time slots on the day

although rooms are new (we were in a new wing) - it still has that '90s' feeling. Hairdryers in the room at Gradiali are always a disapointment - I am happy it was summer, in winter you would have to spend 40 min to dry your hair. If you are planning to go to the pool - it is better to take a shower and use hairdryer over there.

Choose this hotel the last monent. Just perfect. Cozy and super clean room. Excellent food and spa.

Everything was great

Breakfast was very good from the point of food variety. Walls were very thick and soundproof. Beds were comfortable. SPA center was enjoyable and not too overcrowded. Definitely will visit again some time.

Initially the room was prepared for two persons even though it was booked for four. Second chair would have been appreciated. Bathroom sink was partially clogged (water was draining slowly) Juices in breakfast was made from very cheap and poorly tasting concentrates. Bacon wasn't cooked enough. Coffee machines were way too slow for so many visitors. But all in all these are small annoyances compared to the overall comfort.

Were not enough pillows in the room, not even left in cupboards. Also, lounge area should apply rules for visitors. It is SPA resort, and lounge area is for spending some time relaxing or enjoying company with family or partner. Meaning, sport matches should be not showed on TV in such luxury lounge, and disturbing peace zone. On Thursday evening basketball game was shown on TV in the lounge and the lounge become as a pub, people having beer and staring TV. I strongly believe this should be taken into consideration regarding people who came to enjoy the space of the lounge and not be forced to be in the environment of sport matches. It is not match with 4,5 stars Gradiali reputation. Also, parking area should be resolved as guest it was an issue with parking a car

Gradialis Place was like a paradise. Food, every dish we ordered in hotels restaurant was like masterpiece. Special thanks to a kitchen chef. I felt like in a cruizship. All staff trained well and smiley :) but not annoying. We ordered a quite not cheap message, but didnt get disappointed. Special thanks to messeuse master.Danguolė. After staying 2 nights in this SPA , we got a very good rest, relaxed, and felt like a "jelllyfish" :). Only one little thing, - noise isolation between rooms could be better. My verdict - ☆☆☆☆☆ worth by quality.

I liked the place, the staff was polite and helpful.

Gardening done too early is noisy and unpleasant. Tasks such as blowing leaves with a petrol machine can simply be wiped off with a soft broom. When paying for a hotel, parking could be free for guests. In addition, every time you leave your car outside the hotel area, you pay extra. It's really too much.

Breakfast - amazing, big choice of different type of food. Rooms has a lot of space, nice balconies. SPA area very nice once is not many people as it is quite tiny for such big hotel, so suggestion just to let some people by maybe booking time to the SPA area..

Too massy once many people in SPA area, as SPA area not big even has two swimming pools. Evening bar near reception it's a shame... very nice place, cozy but staff and cocktails are absolutely terrible especially once you paying such price for a coctail or desert... disappointed.

Strong variety of food during breakfast and dinner buffet. Great location- near to the Baltic sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge amount of spa procedures. Exceptional and very modern new pool zone.

Conditioning sistem don’t have wind free function and the screen light is on during the night, so I recommend to take blinfold with you in order to sleep properly. And a little bit strange smell during conditioning in the room.

Pineta restaurants food was awesome.very quiet hall and room. Ca 10 min walk to the beach/sea. Breakfast buffet is unfortunately onmediocre. Yes they try, but it ain't four star level. Pool area open from 10am to 10pm. Great children playroom.

Property is very well maintained, clean, smells nice, good breakfast, nice rooms.

Extra bed was squeaky and not very comfortable, SPA area (pool) is too small for such number of visitors (although they are expanding, so it will be solved). Not much eating options around. A bit tight with parking.
