Great location. Very close to shops. Good interiors. Clean. Rooms were new & well designed. Extremely courteous staff. Since we had booked 2 rooms, they allowed us to check out from one room at 12pm & the other one at 2pm, without any late charges, since our flight was in the evening. Morning free breakfast was fantastic. So many options such as Idli, Vada, Upma, Paratha, Kesari Bath, Paddu, Pongal, 4 varieties of chutney, Sambar & Kurma. Cut fruits such as pine apple & guava. Grape juice. Bread toast. Lastly, freshly made tea & coffee. Truly exceptional breakfast.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to Alipiri gate. Restaurant of the hotel is good. Good food at affordable rates. Staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Room size is small. We booked the room for three adults, but the room allocated to us was only for two. Extra bed was placed in the space of a chair. Hence, the room further became smaller. The hotel may allocate bigger rooms while taking the booking for 3 adults. Apart from the room size, Overall the experience in the hotel was very good. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was started bang at 7.00 am as committed - Sounds Fantastic. Location is easy accessibility. Room Service Staffs, House Keeping Staffs and Staffs in Dining area well training to address the guests with honor. I personally don't expect more than this for stay for 2 days.

Evening Time getting parking inside hotel is challenging because of even outsider who came only for Dinners are allowed to park with on the compound. Generally who book the facility or their stay prefere to park inside rather parking outside or near by area.

Nice Hotel with good amenities and location is very near to claiming for temple. Hotel requires regular maintenance. the food though costly but excellent. So we dont feel the pinch. I have to narrate one incident. Initially i planned for myself, my wife and elder daughter, so I had booked one room. But later one the last day, my younger daughter came from abroad and decided to join us.. But another room was not available. Mr. Balu was kind enough to get me another room on the day of check-in and solved my greatest problem of the day. I thank all the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, right from the valet and concierge at the entrance to housekeeping, restaurant, billing.....all with friendly vibes and very responsive. Room was a bit small by my expectations, however, since one of our companions dropped out, we were good.

One of our travel companions had to drop out due to a personal exigency at the last moment. The hotel could not accommodate a reduction in price, and I had to pay full price for 3 though only 2 made it. It would have been nice if the hotel could have considered, as it was due to a sudden exigency.

It was a perfect stay of 2 nights, I booked a suite room for me and my friend via booking.com and we were assigned the same upon arrival, the management did give a call a day before check in and on the check in day to know the time of arrival, all the staff speak english and few speak Tamil and Hindi as well. The staff behaviour was quite cordial right from the security staff to the house keeping team , always smiling and ready to help. The service was a bit slow on the day of check in due to a large number of guests but from the next day things were smooth, they accept payment via cards and UPI and check in was quick and hassle free. They have a spacious lobby with a dedicated travel desk and assistance in case you need any printouts, The wifi was good and the food was tasty, the breakfast buffet spread was compact and scrumptious, in room dining was also without any issues. Our suite room was spacious with two TV's, two air conditioners and a living room, the bathrooms were also spacious and were stocked with necessary amenities with hot water working 24/7. I got a glimpse of their other category rooms as well and they were also quite luxurious and satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located in a very good spot flanked by good restaurants and shops , the Alipiri gateway is within walking distance, the railway station and the bus stand are also within 15mins by road. I reached the hotel from the Tirupati airport in uber and it took about an hour to reach the hotel. Lots of autos and taxis and uber are also readily available. An auto to the srivari mettu from the hotel just costs around 500 rupees.Overall we had a very good stay and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful and hassle free time at Tirupati.

Everything was perfect

The hotel location is very good. They serve a variety of choices in breakfast and very tasty food for lunch and dinner. The best part was the Guffa restaurant ambience on the top floor. Staff behaviour was respectful and friendly. Also both the rooms were neat and clean.

Only suggestion, if possible try to provide large/King size bed in rooms...

Location & Food, service can be a tad slow. But overall great for a quick 1-2 day stay. Very good south indian veg breakfast. But staff gets overwhelmed when it gets full. Staff has to be prepared.

Can do with more staff at the reception. We were received by a lady staffer who was very courteous & well informed, however she was handling the front office all alone. It gets difficult for one staff person to handle if there are more than 3 guests breathing down your throat when your'e handling one.
