Location excellent dinner in the restaurant excellent, evice great charming staff, breakfast superb . . Room very comfortable. Bathroom excellent.

Reception / and check out does not have dedicated staff. The person on duty was running around trying to multi-tadk, while a long queue was building up.at the desk. The towels in the bathroom very very thin and a little small . Otherwise all perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Ibis Styles in Le Touquet. The room was beautiful, calm and spacious. The facility is beautiful, loads of great amenities including a coworking space :) The staff we encountered was also really friendly and helpful (a special thank you to the nice gentleman who prepared us a quick breakfast when we checked out at 6am, you made our day!)

A few things I would improve to give it a 10: - give a voucher to clients of the hotel to access the swimming pool instead of asking them to pay 15€ on top of their room (that was meh 🫤 for me) - for Ibis style particularly (the complex gathers 3 hotels) improve the breakfast :) it is good but it is only sweet stuff which was a bit disappointing (for vegetarians you will have cheese and you can boil yourself eggs). In comparison to the breakfast in the hotel next door (mercure) they had scramble eggs and other savory things. It’s not a huge investment to offer the same kind of breakfast knowing that there is not a huge price difference as well between the hotels on site. I have been to other ibis styles who had better breakfast options (a mix of sweet and savory)

Friendly staff Good location and plenty of parking. Clean Were accomodating for our dog. 10 minute drive to beach front 50mns from Le Shuttle

Rooms very minimalistic. Small rough bath towels. No tea/coffee making just a carton of water. Bad smell when opened the shower door Not a wide choice at breakfast

Ideal for a stopover after crossing the Channel. Quiet neighbourhood The bar area is lovely and although the restaurant was closed on Sunday, we had an excellent platter of local meats and cheeses. Room was large with a good sized balcony. Bed comfortable and pillows good. Nice shower too.

The charge of €20 per dog per night felt a bit steep although the hotel was very dog friendly.

The building and gardens were beautiful and it was nice to be able to avail of the Mercure hotel restaurant. As it was outside of the centre, it was quiet.

The rooms onto the carpark were noisier, there are a lot of comings and goings. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay.

Simple Ibis breakfast with excellent orange juice and boiled eggs. Location is extremely convenient if you arrive at Le Touquet by air. Don't make the mistake of ordering a taxi as we did. It is only a 200m walk from the airport. Excellent beer and very good singer in the garden area behind the hotel in the evening. A very pleasant place to relax.

Tea & coffee in the room would have been nice.

The location was good, the service was top notch very helpful staff, the vibe was we can do but in a relaxed manner. Bed room large, comfortable clean with a good sized bathroom. could of had a little more storage area to lay clothes out. would of been very happy to see some drinks in the room, water, coffee or tea.

Good service friendly people and very comfortable

Spacious room with nice decor apart from the section of concrete slabbing on the ceiling. This seemed a bit odd. Room was lovely though - comfy bed and pillows. Good sized bathroom with shower. Everything is all very new as the hotel only opened a few months ago. Bar area is lovely - modern with nice seated areas for residents in the 3 hotels. Fabulous outdoor seated area which I’m sure will be fabulous in the summer months. Breakfast was fine in the IbIs Styles.

Really difficult to find the hotel even with sat nav. Signage isn’t great either. Further away from the centre of Le Touquet than we would’ve liked. The site of the hotel is still a work in progress but will be super once it’s all finished.

Location , nice linen. Good rooms but ridiculous having to walk through restaurant partners to get from Uvus to the bar and relaxation area.

The rooms were clean ish BUT nasty trendy grey wire hangers could not be used for delicate dresses and men’s jackets etc. NO drawers. Nowhere to hang long dresses or coats. No tissues .

The location - in the middle of a forest - a little confusing to get there but lovely once we did - would definitely go back!
