The location of the hotel was perfect for us. There was ample parking for the guests. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and very clean. The "continental breakfast" served was plentiful, with lots of options.

For some reason, there wasn't always someone available at the front desk. They had a sign that said "Be back soon" with a phone number in case there was an emergency. The windows in our room were cracked and covered with a plastic film, and we couldn't see outside. The elevator was very slow. Housekeeping Staff finished working around noon, so if you were not out of your room by noon, your room was not serviced.

Breakfast options were minimal, wish they had a few more options like scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage.

breakfast was a good selection. clean, we'll stocked, good coffee. Manager was very helpful with a problem and desk girl was incredible. both friendly and professional. made stay there pleasant.

This was a good location for our purpose. clean and friendly staff. If we are going back to Lake Norman we will book there again.

My husband's pillow got left and they still had it when we called back later. That was amazing. I really appreciate it. I bought a special pillow for him to help with his neck problems. The place smelled good and it didn't cause me to have breathing issues.

The breakfast was great. Very clean. Afternoon manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave great advice as to where to eat.
