I love the location due to the events I come to attend.

When I arrived it was 1245 and I asked if I could check in, I was told if I checked in before 1pm I had to pay a early check in fee!! I mean really for 15 minutes but I waited, and when I made reservations I asked about checking in between 12 and 1 and was told it depends on availability. So I check in and get everything carried to my room and I'm in my room about 2 hours when a knock on the door I open door and there is a exterminator saying he had reports of ants in the room which I can confirm there was, he sprayed one little area around the air conditioner and left. There was ants for the next 4 days I was there. Why would you put someone in a room that you will be visited by a exterminator later in the day??

We did check in to two of the three rooms in our reservation. The hotel was very happy to rent the third room that we did not use as there were many people looking for availability anywhere in Concord.

The hostess said that I needed to let you know about their offer not to charge for the third room. Red Roof must have confirmed that we did not check in for the third room.

The only complaints we have: the toilet paper was like “tissue paper” and too thin. We went out and bought our own. The fact of having to return towels to the front desk to get clean ones, we had to wait 2 hours for them to be washed before we could get them back to take showers after being out in the hot sun all day.

It was comfortable. I only stayed for one night but I've stayed there before. The staff is kind and accommodating.

The app that's meant for the washing machines wasn't working so I have $5 in limbo almost a month after my trip. I know it's not entirely their fault and I've already put in a ticket but maybe a sign to say use cash? Idk.

Clean and comfortable, staff was great and the location was also great.

No coffee, not in the rooms or in the the lobby. I've noticed a lot of places are doing away with it, but trust me y'all need to bring it back.

The staff was super nice and incredibly helpful from the first conversation on the phone to my exit after the race !

Slight odor in the room but not enough to affect my stay, I would stay there again without hesitation.

The front desk staff hopeton was very helpful switching rooms. He was very patient with resolving the issue. Checking out with Zach was very helpful in an easy checkout. Best checkout I ever had.

Noise control didn't seem to be enforced. The room I stayed in could have used some new mattresses!

There was a dead bug on the counter. It was huge. Neither of the burners worked so all the cooking I did had to be in the microwave. The floor where the beds were hadn't fully been swept.. Overall it was a good room. Not perfect but good enough since I was out all day.

Close to the Zmax dragway where we had an event, full kitchen with full size fridge

uncomfortable bed, full kitchen has no silverware or pots and pans or dishes
