Breakfast was really good, the room was exceptionally clean, the staff and other tenants were so kind, the facilities were great, the fireplace was nice, access to a sauna and spa during the night in the middle of the snow was amazing, and the overall vibe was fantastic. We also managed to see the northern lights very strongly from the accomodation. Love the all wood log cabin vibe!

The wifi was really quite slow, about 5-9 mbps, but sufficient enough for a holiday like this - it was still fine to call friends and family, and to load the occasional video. This really shouldn’t be an important factor, especially if you’re staying in a place like this!

Idyllic location and pictures are as advertised. Always warm with access to a lounge with an open log fire. Supermarket 3 km away with good selection. All staff are polite, friendly and speak English fluently. We enjoyed it immensely and I offer the further comments below purely in the interests of making sure future guests have an even more amazing experience than we did.

The Kuukkelli shopping center where you pick up / return the keys and have breakfast is 3 km away. They charge for access to the WC by calling a premium rate number to unlock which doesn’t work anyway. Very inconvenient. It should be free or at least an easy way to pay. Breakfast is amazing but on one occasion they were late opening whilst customers waited outside in the cold. The buffet was incomplete and hard boiled eggs were inedible (liquid) due to severe undercooking.

Spent two nights here, the room was clean and comfortable and the shared facilities were too. There seemed to be only one WC for the whole shared building though which wasn’t a problem as we were the only ones but not sure what this would be like if the place was full! Great to be able to use the sauna facilities too!

The location is really nice, buildings are really nicely built with big open space where you can chill around the fireplace, and a big space for socializing. Smoke sauna was the best i had so far. Totally recommend!

The sauna and pool schedule should be longer Extra beds wasn't conformable and a bit to short

Beautiful place! It is true that breakfast is not in the cottage, but there is an organized transport to breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool are included in the price.

They don’t respond to emails and messages.

Log house cabins are lovely and cozy

There should be better directions as its quite inside, even though we had a car was difficult to find and had to speak to reception at shopping centre few times to find it. Also pick up of keys at shopping centre is not convenient and there should be some facility at the property itself.

we were there for the second time and as always we had a nice time and we noticed that the bathrooms were renovated (before there was a curtain in the showers, this time there was a cabin) great

we liked: • the design • the location • comfortable • facilities

We didn’t like: • the pool’s water was too cold • should add an ice bath but a warm swimming pool • didn’t find the light for the woman’s spa • should inform about the location of the breakfast before customers do the reservation • the rooms should be better controlled in terms of cleanliness as we found random underwear under a bed • living room and corridor not equipped with adequate heaters, it was cold

Lovely location and view onto trees which was nice for privacy, pool and sauna were nice too

For guests staying on premises, it would be nice if you could allo swimming and sauna use the entire day, not only in the evening.

Sauna was included in the price and was very nice

I tried to reach our both via WhatsApp and booking after our stay (I could have missed something in the room) and nobody replied Breakfast is in a different place - we had the car and it was not an issue
