I liked the cleanliness and how easy and quick it was to get from our room to our car parked outside as there were doors on all sides of the building to reach the parking lot. The room was also super spacious for a family of 3. The breakfast inclusion also had a wide variety of foods available so there's nothing to complain about at all.

Nothing much, other than that I would've liked the fridge to be colder and for the checkout process to be faster.

Loved the location. I love the free parking and how pet friendly it was. I really also enjoyed the free breakfast and cookies. Staff was easy to talk to and was friendly/welcoming.

I think the beds could be comfier as well as the pillows. Our phone also wasn’t working so I had to ask the front desk for help in person. But these were minor things, other than that I have no complaints.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff from breakfast were so nice and kind. The front desk staff excellent too. Had my DND sign at the door the 2 days and I got a letter and a call to make sure I was getting room service. The location is perfect and it's quiet at night.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Breakfast was complimentary with good variety of different choices including eggs, and meats. Waffles were available, along with pastries, and oatmeal. Room and linen were changed every/other day. Every day would have been better. All employees are very helpful and accommodating.

The room was lovely, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception which was nice after a long day and coming back late. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items and restocked quickly when running low. Handy location, close to shops and Disney. Plenty of parking and pretty quiet as it's set back from the road and is backed by offices so nice a quiet over night.

The bed was a little too soft for my partner's taste, but it was fine for me. I would like some signs on the hot food items at breakfast to help people with dietary requirements.

Staff was friendly, hotel was in a great location. Hotel was clean.

Food was the same, I understand it’s a complimentary service and that is great, but I stayed in a Hampton that is the exact same layout in Paso Robles. They served the exact same food from 5 years ago.

Convenient , centrally located to attractions and freeways. Felt safe coming in late.

The elevator malfunctioned upon arrival. Skipped the floor we were staying on. . It was fixed the next day.

Hotel safe although some late night police activity in the parking lot next door. Staff seemed rude on the phone, great in person.

Water jug empty by coffee urn on ground floor in the evening. ? Availability of water at night.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection.

Took a long time to get hot water to the third floor and it still was not that hot.
