The staff, both in the hotel and restaurant, were very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The catering facilities were open 24 hours, although the restaurant itself was open from 8 pm. We had one of the best steaks we have ever had, and, at a reasonable price. It is also pet friendly. The room was clean, warm (freezing outside), and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed.

Excellent pet friendly hotel. Easily located just off motorway as I was travelling from Bilbao ferry terminal to Almeria. My room (102) was spotlessly clean, the bed firm, linen white. Huge bathroom, with walk in large shower. Free, secure parking within the hotel site, right outside my door. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. This is the second time I have stayed at Los Arcos and will definitely use again.

Location off the motorway is good going south, dog friendly with bar cafe open 24/7 but restricted hours for kitchen so not all meals available, for example opens at 8.15 pm for dinner . Secure gated parking for hotel guests we had downstairs dog friendly room direct access to car park. Nice soft beds good wifi and a/c

Good location just off the Autovia on long journey so perfect for one night stop over. Loads of parking outside but actually managed to get our caravan into the gated parking area which was a bonus. Bar serves drinks and snacks and breakfast and also an al l carte restaurant serving from 8pm which we chose menu del dia for €22. Good food and portions. Helpful staff. Also happy to provide alternative options for the kids. Rooms are very large, dated but perfectly nice. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning/ fan was nice. We got two adjoining rooms so kids had their own space. Nice to chill out on a sofa before bed.

Best roadside hotel I've ever been to. Blows away any Holiday Inn or the like. Very clean and comfortable. The building itself is gorgeous despite being beside the highway. But really the location is ideal for a roadtrip stop. And the Cafe is open 24 hours, which again is absolutely ideal for a roadside stop. Super friendly staff and owners, good food. Highly recommend.

Great location just off the motorway. Staff are helpful and welcomed our dog. The room was very big and comfortable with a great shower pressure. Parking is safe. We will stay again.

Although very comfortable the decor is dated - it must have been luxurious when first built. The food is typically Spanish fayre. Dog walking is difficult.

Very convenient next to slip way off motorway.a little tired but very clean and large room with lounge and large bathroom.secure parking where we could exercise the dog. Bar food and service are good.staff pleasant and helpful..we required an extension cable which they were able to find for us. Beds comfortable and room warm and plenty of hot water

Great location for a one night stop while travelling to the south of Spain. Very Spanish! Massive room and bathroom - plenty of room for the three of us. We ate in the restaurant and had a selection of tapas and beers - excellent value! Handy car park - right outside the door of our room!

A very convenient location from Santander ferry port and staying with our dogs. Just off the motorway so a typical roadside hotel with a nice little restaurant attached. Food was Ok. It was handy for an evening check-in and we could take our dogs in there rather than leave them on their own in an unfamiliar room. Gated secure car parking and parked just outside our room. So secure that I couldn't get in or out with the dogs for dog walks so went through the reception and bar/restaurant to get in and out. Nice large clean bathroom. Room seemed clean. Spacious room, albeit dated but for a one night stay it was perfect. Not ideal if you are looking for a romantic break, just an overnight stop on route to the Costa del Sol.

Noisy as the bins were being emptied at night outside our bedroom window. Not a pretty location for walking at night. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable so shared twin beds with my mum! Bit pricey compared to a proper hotel, not next to a road. A few stray cats/kittens around.

Los Arcos was convenient for our travel, just off the motor way with secure parking.. Accommodation was very comfortable. and .clean.

Bar was very busy so we were left waiting to check in. After a long journey this was frustrating.. Dining room not open until 8 pm.
