I like the room, it was big. (King bed with sleeper sofa) The room was clean and even had a note from house keeping. We checked in later than expected. We pretty much slept. Got up early went for a swim, then ate breakfast and prepared for check out. It was quite inside the hotel and outside the hotel. The breakfast is good with many options to choose from.

I have neck & back issues but the bed seems hard and the pillows are stiff. That's more of a me issue. I should have brought my pillow from home. The other adult in the room also stated that the bed was hard. It's definitely not a deal breaker, I'd stay again.

The cleanliness of the entire place. The breakfast. The location. The staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved it.

Booking.com said it was 589 for my stay and when I went to check out they charged me 609 which I wasn't prepared for. Yes it's a small difference but if I save for one price don't boost it up without telling me.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent location and the facilities were very pleasant and clean. The housekeepers had the room in perfect condition.

The breakfast was ok. I like the location as it is closer to my grandchildren which was the reason I went in the first place.

They had a cable company redoing the cable and when they got to my room, they left a mess. The drawer was out below the tv and left in the middle of the floor, and the ottoman was left in the middle. I did voice my dislike to staff at front desk and she said she was going to discount my room for the inconveinence.

Great assortment for breakfast. Pool was a good temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I think the only "complaints" are our toilet handle stuck down so we had to lift it after every flush. Not a biggie, minor inconvenience. I waited till we left to say anything. Also they could use a 2nd or even 3rd waffle maker as it causes a line and congestion in the breakfast area with only one.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Best that I've ever experienced to be honest.

The price of 340.00 for one night was high. However I recognize the higher rate was in line or lower than others in that area for that weekend

The bed sinks in the middle. The shower handle is on the opposite side of the sliding door making it difficult to get a good temperature prior to getting in the shower

I fell at another establishment in Owensboro and was having trouble walking. Your staff moved me from the fourth floor to a handicapped accessible room on the first floor! So kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

No hot tub but one of the reviews I read on Booking com mentioned a hot tub.

The area was nice, lots of restaurants to choose from and things to do. We will stay here again.

The toilet. It's an inch off the wall and 12 inches off the floor. Just a bad choice in size I'm sure there is a reason for it being an inch from the wall not sure if it is a plumber or carpenter issue but man it's a bad position.

That the pool was broke it would have been nice to know that with traveling with a teenager and all he wanted to do was swim
