The breakfast offered was great. The hotel was clean and welcoming and had a great ambiance. My daughter used the work out room every day. The beds are comfortable and the fold out sofa was great for our middle daughter.

The water in the shower took forever to warm up and we had it as high as it would go for a hot shower and it wasnt that hot. The bathroom door lock was broken. There was a dirty bath mat when we arrived, and it was not replaced when I informed ataff via text.

The shower was magnificent. I dislike tubs/shower curtains, when I saw you had glass shower doors my heart was elated! The bonus, it was clean, too, I didn’t have to break out the Scrubbing bubbles to clean it myself. I will be sure to look for Home 2 Suites by Hilton when booking hotels! Thank you!

We arrived after a long drive from ny, the hotel is off the main road very easy to get to. Check in was super easy and the check in lady was very sweet to my over tired children. The room smelled so fresh and clean and was better than expected! It fit our triplets and twins perfectly. Everyone had a wonderful breakfast in the lobby with fresh waffles and a nice selection of other breakfast items. Anytime we head down this way this will be a stop of ours!

We were bummed that the indoor pool wasn't available, it was being worked on while we were there and of course no fault of hotel, happened to be the one week it was over 100 degrees outside

Everything about our stay was amazing! we arrived around 11p.m and the guy at the front desk was still great and very welcoming. Rooms were very clean, pool was nice, I loved that the doors were locked and you could only enter with your key card. I love that the soap and shampoo were in bottles on the walls. It was nice and quiet and employees made sure we had everything we needed. A super cute feature was my name being on the tv when i walked in the room

I liked how clean the rooms were. The breakfast was delicious and had many food options. The staff was very welcoming and nice! I liked that they consistently checked in through text messages to ensure we had everything we needed.

One thing I did not like was how thin the walls were and how easily we could hear people in the hall or next door. I also did not like that the bathroom door would not lock because the lock was installed incorrectly.

My first impression of the room was fantastic! It looked and smelled so good and fresh. The suite was plenty big enough for me, my wife and three grandchildren, 5, 7 and 9. The beds were very comfortable. This suite was better thatn the one we had at Disney as we were on our way home to Maryland. This was the perfect place to stop.

First and foremost ! Your GM was top notch. Never seen him, but one conversation with him made everything so worth it. Hands down a great guy to deal with. The hotel is beautiful and super clean, I didn't get the girls name at the front desk but she was so sweet, I think the guys name was kahari ? He was amazing. Everything and everyone was perfect. I will be back!

Large and clean room with lots of usb ports, please we had dishes,cups and flatware. Will book with Hilton from now on, we were using Holiday Inn express but there quality has gone down and some of their hotels are older and outdated

I love the size of t he room and how well equipped it was. Great amenities like a gym, outdoor sitting area and plus, delicious breakfasts and warm and caring staff seal the deal.

I was pleased with everything about my stay. There is nothing to complain about. Will come back soon, and definitely refer friends.
