Excellent !

We just had one inconveniente: on friday they did not clean the room, we left the room for breakfast at 9.30 am, went for walk downtown PC, arrived at 3. pm, we left for a wedding at 5pm, notified front desk about the situation and arrived at mid night , the room as we left, not even bottles of water.

we love everything about the hotel. Location: it’s located on the Canyon village side, next to the Wyndham. It’s a fifteen minute walk to Canyon Village where the ski lifts are located, but there’s a gondola that takes you there. Service. Excellent service. The concierge booked transportation from the airport and restaurant reservations for us. everyone was so helpful. Our room was cleaned twice daily. Amenities. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Free s’mores. Free water bottles. There’s a ski butler on-site. they get your skis, helmet, boots, and poles ready for you. It’s super convenient. There’s no long lines: Rooms. we got the two bedroom suite. there’s plenty of room and it came with a washer/dryer and kitchen. Powder Restaurant. we only ordered some breakfast here so we don’t know their lunch or dinner menu. I would try outside restaurants.

What’s not to like, staff was amazing and professional. Everyone treated you like you were the only guest there. Comfortable, clean, beautiful views, great location. Loved the restaurant onsite.

Location was great, staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable.

The phone in room rang a lot - sometimes there was nobody on the line. The ringing was annoying and very loud. It would be much nicer to receive a text on my cell phone instead of a loud, surprisong call to the room.

Couldn’t access the pool from the gate by our room. We had to walk all the way to the front and then down stairs. My husband has a hard time walking, so this made pool access difficult.

Breakfast was good and super convenient.

The coffee was super strong 😬. Also, the walk to breakfast was really long for my older parents. I wish they could have put another coffee station closer to our room.
