Good location, plenty of free parking. Huge room & bathroom, perfect for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast buffet is part of the price. Only buffet is available (€21,50 per person) for dinner. Perfect for those with kids as the hotel is on a farm. Lots of walking is possible. Town center is a about 20 min by walk. Friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of items collected by the owner over many decades, looks like a museum. Cozy terrace. Good place to relax.

No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Not a deal breaker as there is a bar. No Aircon but a ceiling fan makes the room reasonably pleasant. Breakfast, Dinner and the bar are available in the main building (#1), in case you are in Building 2 or 3, it's a few minutes walk.

Bedrooms were basic but comfortable but that's all we required. However the public areas were something else. So many amazing artifacts it was like a museum of the past. Owner of hotel was lovely and happy to talk about her Hotel. Rest of staff were friendly. if I ever have friends or family going to the area I would definitely recommend this hotel. So lovely to see treasures from the past being preserved.

The mattress on bed was was a little soft for my liking but that's only my opinion.

The room was great! It was large, warm and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent service.

The hairdryer did not work in the bathroom, which was a bit of a shame as I had already washed my hair by the time I realised it was not working. The did not sent up a replacement when I requested it from the reception unfortunately.

The hotel was a nice surprise. It is a misture of hotel and museum/exposition. Very cool old things and media spread all ove its premisses, expect for the rooms. Breakfast was complete with many options. The bar was very nice too.

The room was a disabled persons adapted room. The fact that you do not have a curtain in the shower makes you wet all bathroom floor. It could be better.

Only a few km from the highway and 20 km from Amsterdam, which can be reached by bus (the stop is 500 m from the hotel). Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Silence. Extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the atmosphere of the hotel are absolutely unique. It is hard to find a better offer in the Amsterdam area.

Great location in the middle of the polder. Easy access to other villages. The place is so unusual, especially where the lounge/Dining area is situated full of old memorabilia. Ideal for collectors, who are interested in bygone area!

Everything about this quirkily wonderful hotel is just so right. After a problem with the hotel.our band of 8 musicians thought they were booked into but weren't, I found this online and the staff are just the best we have come across. Our musicians have toured the world for many years and they rate this as one of the best they have ever stayed in. Big shout out to Lucy and staff for their care, support and general lovlieness. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Everything was very comfortable, and the hotel itself was a fascinating museum of antiques! Our room was very roomy, and although the shower was different from what we're used to, it ended up working just great.

There was a point in the evening, around 11-12, where there was a pounding that sounded like construction. It may have been another guest, but it went on for quite a while. It didn't bother us too much, as we were able to turn on white noise, but if we didn't have that it may have been an issue.

All good, big rooms, big toilet, parking before, a lot of historic toys and other things like museum, bar and great people. When I'm there, I'll choose it again 😊

Balcony cleaning quality.

This hotel is also a mecano museum. Plenty of things to see inside the hotel. Rooms are big and overall it is a nice hotel. Staff super good and they were able to store our bikes in a special room
