Property was pretty clean, and new so I wouldn't expect it to be dirty! Decent breakfast for free! Would like to have a little more options except scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon!

There is a lot of construction workers that stayed there so it was always crowded at the bar and surroundings tables! Couldn't really enjoy a drink! The ac and heater couldn't stay at a decent temp and the filter I can tell aren't changed regularly! The shower was always leaking water on the floors had to use new towels every day in order to keep the water from coming out into the room! And the bathroom light is super bright and goes thru so if you need to use rest room you light up the whole room and bother other people who are staying with you!

My 7-year-old son and I had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at your hotel. Since we were not able to have a celebration for his birthday, he requested a staycation, and he loved it—he didn't even want to go home. The warm hospitality and impeccable service truly made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the amenities were outstanding. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

I just hope they have at least free bottled waters inside the room.

Great Breakfast and location within Chula Vista (where our daughter and family reside). Clean and very comfortable bed!

This would have not been an issue if it was just me and my Wife, but for having our adult daughter with us, the frosted glass door into the bathroom was uncomfortably awkward (to say the least) for her. I actually stepped out into the lounge area downstairs when she showered to make her comfortable.

I liked the location, it's was calm and peaceful. It's a good place if you have your own vehicle. I saw lot of businessmans and soldiers who were staying. Pretty safe place. And they had plenty of eggs for breakfast!

You have to take the uber if you don't have your own vehicle or rental car. You have to watch carefully otherwise you may pass the entrance.

The hotel and rooms were very modern and clean. The hotel was quite and we didn't hear anything from any other rooms. The pool and outdoor areas were very nice and a good place to enjoy time with friends.

The costs for items at the "convenience" store are pretty steep. $4.35 for a 16 oz. bottle of water. That's just highway robbery as they say.

Very clean and comfortable bed . Great breakfast each morning. Never had to wait long for elevators .

There was nothing I didn’t like . Maybe a little discount for veterans or seniors would be would be something to provide . One of the few times I seen coffee makers in room but no complimentary water in room to make coffee .

Free parking, free breakfast, laundry, and pool facilities. Larger fridge in the room was useful as well as the microwave. The hotel is very clean and smells good. Staff was very accommodating and quick on requests.

The room door was very difficult to open and close, and bathroom door lock was broken . The front desk didn't communicate that room cleaning is not daily.

It’s a beautiful hotel , the front desk reception young ladies were very courteous and friendly. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast menu plus the pool and jacuzzi are clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the housekeepers do a great job keeping the hotel clean.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast

Breakfast ended too early at 9am. Should be 10am. Allowed shared room with family with older sons. That bathroom glass door is horrible. You can see silhouette when exiting the shower. Also, the light through the bathroom door disturbs everyone else still sleeping

New and clean. Public areas are large and well lit. Room with two queen beds are large.

The only gripe I had was the location of the bathroom door. It’s on the middle of the wall facing the beds. The door was opaque and the light showed through disturbing the other person sleeping.
