Very pretty outside of hotel and they have a pool

The bathroom was very dirty hair everywhere and inside the tub and it was not mine. It was already dirty when we arrived.

The staff was friendly the room was clean and the amenities were great you had your mini fridge a huge TV a coffee maker with coffee and ironing board basically there was nothing that I needed. The pool was nice and clean and it was easy access to my room on the third floor using the elevator. The best part was the breakfast that was included it wasn't simply a continental breakfast it included eggs and sausage to go along with a variety of pastries and cereals. I was really pleasantly surprised with how nice the stay was. I will definitely be staying there again!

Everything was fine no dislikes

I love the comfort of our room and was happy to have gotten the same room as my last stay especially coming from a long flight.Also need a few more handicap spots for the disabled.

Would have loved for a late check out due to checking in around 1:00 am from long flight and being disabled and needing much needed rest. And paying as if I checked in the day prior which wasn’t the case. Hopefully they can accommodate me the next stay.

It was an accessible place, friendly staff, got accommodation for my baby to be able to crawl inside the room. Very peaceful to stay. Cleaning staff were very helpful, nice, and respectful. Yadira is an outstanding person love the way she makes you feel safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place and I will use this hotel in the future.

I really appreciate this hotel because they let us stay even though we had problems with there new payment system up to 4 nights. The room was clean and very sweet to sleep in. The manager even let us stay with a late check out time, my co-worker loved that. God bless them. Pastor Howard Johnson sends His blessings too.

Only if I could have explained my situation to them but all they wanted was payment. But I did try and today the problem would not be a problem anymore. Only two days, but now my homeless situation is over and I hope we could be forgiven. I am trying to understand why I was not given the chance to tell the facts.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was super clean and had Dove hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and body lotion. I love Dove Brand. I will definitely stay here again if I am in this area one more time.

The hair dryer didn’t work.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was in the middle of everything, and it had great restaurants nearby. The room was nice and clean and the water was always nice and hot.

The outlets were loose making it hard to plug in chargers for electronics.

The cleanliness of everything made this place feel very comfortable, it feels like stepping into a new home and we had all the commodities that we needed, the Pool was a nice feature, the price was the best value, especially for everything this place offered.

The tv in our room wouldn’t turn off, wasn’t sure how to deal with that, but it’s no one’s fault

Location and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa. She was awesome and changed my room with free upgrade to another because of my discomfort regarding the neighboring room.

Some guests were sitting out of room drinking and were loud. Which mine was resolved by moving to other side.

Good location close to freeway and places to eat in walking distance.

Room keys kept getting deactivated even when we kept them away from electronics. My daughter had a small skin reaction to the bedding .
