Cleaning crew was yelling out loud to each other from side to side of the hall and just in front of my room window while I was asleep and sure enough they woke me up and kept it loud I couldn’t go back to sleep when I still had three more hours before checkout

My overnite stay with my wife and Lily our 8lb mini poo was fabulous because of Adrianna. Shes the clerk who checked us in and went out of her way to accommodate our every need. The room had dbl beds and was very clean. I loved the complete space couldn't believe how roomy it was. Adriannas customer service was OUTSTANDING! She provided what we requested always with a beautiful smile. She loves her job we could tell. We slept so good that night. Beds were comfortable. Milagro will be our favorite go to hotel when we need one. We love you Adrianna and staff! Also the fridge in our room was great compared to others I've seen.

The fact of only needing to stay one night. Where we are staying now has pool and jacuzzi amenities but the place could be both cleaner and have better furniture. I would have liked ice machine location easier to access. I would have loved to have a valet cart to transport my bags to my room. That was a big disappointment as we are both disabled.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly. I kept getting locked out of my room my own fault and they were so kind and understanding.

The room was clean it was in a perfect location. I had to change my date they were very considerate I changed it to big wheelchair accessible and I had an animal a dog and it was perfectly by the wheelchair ramp and out of the way so I can get my dog in and out safely. Located right next to the Circle K beautiful it was able to walk there fabulous Mexican restaurant right around the corner. I wish I could have stayed longer. And again the staff absolutely amazing.

I liked the location, the comfortable bed, the small dining table, the size of the room, having a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the room was a plus. I was in room #311; and I didn't hear any big noise as I have read in prior reviews. I was ready to use earplugs but it wasn't necessary. I really liked this place; and I would stay here again if necessary.

I didn't like the smell in the bathroom. It smells as if there were a lot of wet clothes there for a long period of time. The vinyl floor in the whole room looks great and clean, but unfortunately, it wasn't that clean.

The big screen tv and comfortable bed. And ohh my God. The love seat comfortable double seater couch was perfect.

As always when I get there there is no one available in the lobby. That's something the hotel management has to resolve. Cause ever since I started booking for milagro that lil thing hasn't changed and me and other people have to wait for long periods of time for us to check in cause they don't have anyone available 24 hours.

I've been to this hotel several times. It's located in a safe environment with friendly staff, and it's clean. The price is right, and I can highly recommend it for a stay in the southern part of San Diego. There are dining options nearby, and it offers quick access via Broadway or I-5 to San Diego. I've always asked for a quiet room and have always received one. The rooms on the 3rd floor are excellent, facing away from the street. You can even leave the window open at night without needing air conditioning. A big plus for me. There's coffee in the room, but I didn't use it since there's good coffee nearby. I'll definitely come back.

Everything is fine. Only one elevator on one side of the building, but that's not a problem.

There is no breakfast at Milagro. My room was very clean and the bed was comfy and made up to my liking with no bedspread but with layers of top sheet, blanket and another top sheet so that I was not in contact with a blanket anyone else had used. Sometimes I received room service, not always. I had only to ask, however, and was issued clean towels and trash pickup. Brenda was very kind and showed me 2 rooms at check in so I had my choice of room. Listi helped me to access the hotel internet when I had a prob. Staff was all very friendly and the maids were kind even though they speak little English. I appreciated having coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

There was no comfortable chair for watching TV so I had to use my camp chair with which I always travel. I was issued a hair dryer, but only on request. I felt that the floor could could have been mopped once during my stay. The exterior outdoor corridors could use a good scrub or cleaning. I could have used a clock of some type.

Hello, I had to pay 100 dollars deposit when I arrived at the hotel. We had not been notified by booking. These 100 dollars were to be returned to me when I left. I put my two keys in a mailbox on June 12 before leaving to take the plane and I have not been credited with my deposit? However, I left the correct accommodation.

Is it a complaint? Those $100 were to be returned to me. I want my $100 bail back. Booking com, Can you help me?

Hot water in shower didn't Last very long. You could hear people walking around upstairs. You could hear cars passing by. Very few parking spots.

The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Very convenient location right off the 5. Only a 15-20 minute drive from the Coronado naval base and an easy walk to plenty of good Mexican food and bars.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but for the price it was fine.
