The breakfast was good and hot. Coffee excellent. The room was nice had a decent view and was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The area of the room was a little unorthodox. It was near an outside walkway. A little scary for a mom and son staying alone. The light under the room door is very bright.

the location, it was near with our friends’ home and near our favorite restaurant Jollibee, breakfast was free and sufficient, staff Diego is very good in and out (he’s handsome)

something was wrong with the shower, I requested for a disabled shower and the water was splashing all over the floor causing flooding if we’re not careful

The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was small and only had a few lounge chairs and one table. You have to walk outside the front door through the parking lot to get to the pool which is in the corner of the street. Not too appealing.

Breakfast was good, self service buffet. Chap on reception when we arrived was excellent. Booking.com had not booked the size room that we had asked for (and had confirmation for). After failing to get any response from their customer service, while waiting in reception, the chap arranged a bigger room for us at no extra charge. We would have had to sleep in the car without that. BTW it took 2 days for B.com to respond and then only after a nudge from us. Would happily stay here again despite the renovations that were going on.

It was very clean had great staff if you wanted to wash your clothes they have washing machines I didn’t get the complementary breakfast but nice to know it’s an option

I did not like the small parking lot and only one exit and entrance. The entrance is hard to see especially at night

Breakfast was good, there’s a variety of options to eat.

My husband and i are both past 80. It would have been better if we had requested for a room with bathroom that is convenient for seniors, if possible. I don’t feel comfortable to stand while taking a shower. I feel safe sitting while in the shower because of my knees.

Overall great experience from start to finish, room, location, free breakfast, free parking. Will definitely be booking again!

Both of our key cards stopped working so we had to go down for new ones (happened at 10pm with baby asleep). Minor issue/ inconvenience

I liked Dove products (shampoo-hand wash-conditioner) used in the bathroom. They're way better than odorless generic products being used nowadays in hotels.

- I wish the breakfast had more variaties. - No water bottles in room. - Ice maker is out-of-order on the 4th floor.

Starting from location of the property, cleanliness, staff availability and behavior, hot breakfast everything was perfect. Would definitely plan again staying here.
