Communisation. With the owner was very easy. Central location. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

It is in need of some updating which the owners acknowledge but the price reflects that.

Old amenities , noisy local businesses sharing carpark and rocks on the driveway, windows didnt shut, door was old and damaged

The simple decor of an older building was spotlessly clean, spacious and surprisingly well equipped with interior and exterior table setting, very comfortable queen bed, super quiet air conditioner, in fact everything including the kitchen sink! The view from our upper level room (and wide verandah) was fantastic, taking in not just Wagonga inlet but also the northern coast seascape and location was ideally positioned adjacent to shopping and a Merivale pub!

Not a gripe, but the bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan rather than the quite effective ventilated window.

The location is excellent. Good room and shower with good pressure which does the job for a short stay. The access via key code is amazing and hassle-free. Small kitchen with kettle and toaster But no cooking facilities. Beds are comfortable.

Some aspects of the motel needed a facelift such as a new shower and curtains as I couldn't open properly without everything falling off.

The ease of entry was great using a code that was sent to me. I loved the view and the room was spacious with all appliances available and in good order. We only did a quick overnight stay so it suited our purposes being close to shops and food. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

I think the bed situation was an issue with the power plugs and switches for electric blanket and lights immediately behind the pillow of the person sleeping on the right side of the bed. I ended up sleeping in the spare single bed instead. The alternative was to push the Queen size bed right up against the side wall. I think the room was originally designed for a double bed.

It was a good location with plenty of eating options within walking distance. Easy access to the shore and other areas by car or a easy walk. Having the door code delivered by email/SMS was very convenient in terms of checking in without the need to find a desk etc.

Soap for the shower wasn't as effective because the water seemed hard. It was only a minor inconvenience as I had my own toiletries anyway. I didn't notice any common rubbish area to dispose of recyclables etc. I assume it gets collected by cleaning staff. It would have been good to just have a box or something to put bottles and cans etc

The staff and the manager Billy were very helpful and extremely supportive and friendly! The communication for check in was clear and easy The sink and kitchenette were a bonus. Located close to everything was the bed was great verycomfortable. The shower was good. We had a good stay and were given a late check out! They went out of the way to help with any requests.

Great location, close to the Main Street and eating options but not close enough to be noisy. Spacious. Solid, no problems with thin walls here! Comfortable and well equipped.

A long way from the beach. Looked dated and had several minor issues which needed attention, such as peeling paint in the bathroom. Very small tv. Lights over bed not well positioned.

Courteous staff and prompt response to request: excellent.

I understand Josh and Kelly have embarked on a strategic plan to renovate and renew the Coastal Comfort Motel. This begins with their very prompt and courteous service as shown to us, consequently we are very confident the Coastal Comfort Motel will attract even more visitors to Narooma in general and their motel in particular.

Motel well situated in the town. Older style motel, but very comfortable and clean.. Appreciated the small kitchenette, microwave, sink, toaster and crockery. Bed comfortable with extra pillows if needed. View from room lovely.

No reception on site, although there was a connection with the motel across the street.. They helped us with entry as it was a pin code entry system, and we hadnt received the code. But it was attended to promptly and staff very helpful
