The place is just like the pictures and I love that when I get there it's a true reflection of what they advertise. Please is real nice and it has a small mall nearby with a Spar ...Cane Cutters..and many other outlets. The bath 🛀 tub is amazing if you love long bubble baths. It very quite and peaceful ..I would book there again...the pool is just a crystal clear as the picture. The staff at the front desk is very helpful so it you looking to set up the room for a romantic getaway she will help you will the stuff you require

This is not a negative on this place ..but I think in general all the places we go to an iron and board is not available in the room.. I think all place should look into placing an iron and ironing board in the room or atleast have a room where they have these set up for guests. And I'm not say the host or works must iron for us they must just come and check from time to time people did not leave irons plugged in... I iron my stuff before packing..but it would be nice to have the option of ironing it fresh... Again I Love the place I'm just asking all place look into it.

My only problem was the one staff lady who was so rude and her attitude towards me was so terrible, I had to book at another place while I was there. She refused to clean my room after she cleaned every other room and came to tell me that she won’t be doing mine because it was after 1pm. I was so hurt because I knew her treatment was because I told the lovely lady at reception that I waited outside for 1 hour because that cleaner had said no one told her about me or my booking the day I arrived. Another guest had to open the gate for me so that I don’t wait on the street. I just didn’t have the energy anymore and just left for the night she worked and stayed at a hotel.

I liked how the area is quiet and the staff were really helpful with helping me resolve an issue i had faced at that time. They provided enough towels in the rooms and clean quick which is always a plus.

I wish the power points could be near the bed instead of being on one side and a bit further from the bed and if they could have liquid milk in the room and Ice cubes, it would be useful instead of having to think about buying milk and having to go ask for ice cube( not that the staff minded) but it was a bit inconveniencing.

The place is very nice but they should seriously consider having internet service.

Neatness, location and hospitality from the receptionist to the helpers💯👌😍 the yard and the swimming pool was amazing 🤩. The 🛁🚿 for both rooms were so clean and welcoming if I must say. It was home away from home 🏡 I will gladly come back again it was WOW 😳 congratulations to the management 👏🖐️

My gosh the stuff theee stuff those ladies know what is their job in that place, they so friendly welcoming always smiling. When you knock in their room for assistance they open with a smile and they will gladly assist you in what you want... Keep it up ladies, you very good in what you doing 🌹🌹

The host was very nice and friendly. Got offered an ice-tea on arrival. The rooms are very specious, clean with upscale hotel luxury touches. I even got upgraded to a deluxe room at no cost, which made it extra special. The close proximity to a 247 Gas station, restaurants and cafes that open early and close late are a bonus

Home away from home feeling. Thabi and Sylvia are very professional, polite, friendly and respectful to guests. They really are doing a great job to take care not only the upkeep of the place but also customers.

The noise from showers when in use...not sure if this can be addressed though.

The staff was extremely friendly, the place is extremely clean, smells fresh all the time. The facility is exactly as on the pictures. Very quiet area and great for relaxation. The views are amazing 😍. Private parking and very safe. Great area and closer to a lot of stores. Beautiful balconies.

They don't have electricity back-up during load shedding.

The staff are incredible the ladies that sort the rooms are so friendly and go above and beyond, the rooms are stunning the location is quiet and calm and peaceful the pool is lovely. Perfection
