Amazing location friendly and helpful staff quick and easy booking close to the shopping centre and resturant. Beach is withing 30 metres and the premesis is beautiful

It's difficult to say. We got there after booking for 4 - including my 14-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. The rooms they allocated for the kids were on the other side of the property, far from the room assigned to us. As a result, we didn't stay at the property and found something else. The staff was friendly and allowed us to sit at reception while we looked for another property. The beach is a walking distance and the area is safe so there's that.

The rooms allocated to us were too far apart even though we booked for 4—including my 14-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. The cupboards in the room initially allocated to me seemed broken. The property is lovely on the outside, but some maintenance is needed on the inside.

The room that we booked was very dirty. Wardrobes are old and broken. Draws in the kitchen are falling apart . Pool was dirty. No soap or airfreshner in bathroom

The staff were very helpful, provided necessary assistance when required

Owner rarely attended to requests. Room was not one advertised Self catering utensils not provided for. Requested bedding to be changed as it had sharp patterns, was not done until hours later when the cleaning staff was asked. TV did not work until staff assisted again. Rubbish bin was not provided until late in 2nd day. Was requested very early on Saturday.

We did not like anything about the property it was difficult to spend a night. The property was not the way it was showed on the internet.

The unit was not properly cleaned, the was a smell that was not good and the cockroaches all over the place, the property is not well maintained. We regretted booking there; the pool was dirty.
