The location, free shuttle to airport, annuities, the breakfast options hot & cold [ gluten free]. Loved the king bedroom set up with couch desk & kitchen with refrigerator. I really loved the shampoo conditioner and body wash. [ good quality] When traveling, having those items available is fabulous. Was so clean and smelled clean. I enjoyed a copy of Epic Times.

The only setback was the inability to get more decaffeinated coffee for the room coffee maker in my room. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful and looked but could not find decaf. I was baffled as I woke in the middle of the night, went to use a light switch, and no lights came on. I had to fumble to the lamp to get a light. But first thing in the morning, the light switch worked around 5 30 ish?

Property is spotlessly clean and all the stuff are very helpful, they have a laundry room. The beds were really comfortable and the room I was in was really big. I was in a room with a walk-in shower which was great..

There was a letdown at breakfast. They didn’t have anything gluten-free or dairy free or vegan. I managed to get oatmeal but I’m not sure with gluten-free oatmeal but the staff were really kind and trying to find something for me because the supplies haven’t come in in time because of Thanksgiving.

Lots of breakfast options. I wish breakfast hours (at every hotel) went a little later for those of us who sleep in. The room was really spacious. Had a full kitchen and living room, and then a bed with two queen beds. Pool was nice. Room was clean.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the room, when cleaned, was good. our request for adjoining rooms was granted and so was our request for an early check in on atleast one room

the second room was not cleaned even though it was after regular check in time. it took a couple of calls to get it clean. but then the front desk staff came to inspect it personally which was nice. there was a smell of vape in the room that had not been cleaned and the carpets looked like they needed to be deep cleaned.

It was affordable and convenient for a 1 night stay to catch a connecting flight early the next morning. Love that there is a shuttle too and from the airport.

The room was not ready, and the staff took too long, once there the process was quick, but they took a long with the customer in front of me.

Comfy beds, excellent staff at desk and for special requests. Twice we made a special request for porta crib and they appeared in less than 10 min. Nice hot breakfast choices. Good coffee. Thank you.

Paying for parking in this rural location did not seem necessary. The hotel had plenty of open parking area.

Night staff was very helpful when I forgot something in the room and they recovered it and shipped t to me.
