All of us are early 50th so we were a little bit struggling with the ceiling and bathroom. However, if I were younger, it wouldn't be a problem at all.

Has a business traveller, I wish they would add (or have the option to add) the cost of the breakfast to the room when booking through booking.com. This makes it easier when raising expenses.

Great location, very close to the bus station and taxis, close to the lake and COOP, Tempo, lavishly furnished. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. And my room had an amazing exit to the balcony, which was probably for the guests who smoke or want to soak up the sun :-).

Lighting and the steps! I think it would help to attract foreign customers if the staff spoke English or any other foreign language. However, it does not deduct from their being extremely professional and helpful. The ladies were amazing trying to meet our needs!

What we loved was the location and the lavishly furnished rooms. The staff/ladies were great, very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the balcony beautiful. Privacy guaranteed!

Just one thing: some staff members should learn English, at least some basics, so that we could finish paperwork or arrangement quickly.

Attention of staff members, interesting design of the place, tasty breakfast, great selection in mini-bar, quiet location, everything super clean.

In some instances I felt the design had a priority over the comfort of the guest. When the room is quite small, maybe it isn't a bad idea ommitting placing another thing in the room, for design's sake only, and rather keep things a bit simpler and make it easier for guests to move around, without hitting this or that object unintentionally :). But for one night it wasn't a big issue.

Rooms decorated to a remarkably high standard, in a pretty period building near the center of Namestovo. Well stocked mini-bar and facilities in the room mean it's not a problem that there is no overnight reception service. Everything in th room was clean and immaculately presented. The bed was very comfortable after a day of hiking. Breakfast was served freshly made to order with great coffee, fresh bread and donuts. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Traffic noise from the central town street during the night, although you can block it out if you keep the windows fully closed. No off-street parking, but empty public parking spaces are only 50m away.

smell from Road NO Air Condition we had to open windows and DIESEL plus Petrol fly from window to our room it was HOT outside 30C+ and no air-condition .... so I slept in a hot room ....as opening windows was a bad idea ....

Breakfast was excellent as was dinner.

The restaurant wasn’t open when I arrived around 6pm. Therefore I wasn’t able to have dinner after a long journey.

Excellent service. Friendly and responsive staff. Delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast-excellent. I definitely recommend it.
