The location is excellent, very close to the KSRTC stand. The staff are very good and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. All my requirements were met with immediate effect. Ms.Sona in the front office, in particular, was very helpful. The restaurant is good and the food is tasty. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good. This place has ample car parking space too.

The rooms are good but a little out dated. May need a little revamping. Also the menu is a little over priced is what I feel.

I felt safe as a solo female traveller, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean. I needed a taxi to the airport at 05.30 in the morning which the staff organised for me for a very fair price.

My room was right by the road with lots of noise and light coming in from the street

A perfect location for those who need to move around the city effortlessly. The staffs are very kind and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. Plus, the food is good

The air conditioning needs improvement. It takes a long time to cool down the room, which can be inconvenient, especially in warm weather

The staff is brilliant. Thank you in particular to Siji and Abina!! The breakfast is a lush buffet, worth the cost. There is also room service for no extra charge.

One of the best hotel in Calicut. Located in the heart of Calicut and the hotel was perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, restaurants, and shops.The staff were very friendly and the facilities in hotel are awesome.

2 mins walk from Long Distance bus stand. Functional, clean, close to many shops

Had not a great experience with the hotel’s driver, who couldn’t use Google Maps and so got very lost and confused on a 4 hour drive.
