My wife and I had a glorious two-day pitstop at the Hedon Spa and Hotel during a two-week Baltic sojourn and loved every minute of it. The spa has a long and fascinating history, and the relatively new Hedon hotel is really lovely, with airy common spaces and plenty of sauna and bathing options to while away a relaxing day. Our room was simply and elegantly appointed, with beautiful blond wood, a truly comfy bed, and a private balcony. After a day of sauna, steam, and bathing, we slept like babies. The breakfast is remarkably copious, with delicious eggs, smoked salmon, herring, smoked chicken, leib must (the famous Estonian brown bread), endless fruit, yogurt and pancakes, among other things. And we loved our two dinners at Akord, the more casual of the two restaurants. Finally, we were charmed by the old town of Pärnu, with its gorgeous old wooden houses and an ambiance that makes you feel transported decades into the past. The staff was enormously helpful in reserving superb bikes for us, an experience we highly recommend. Our time at Hedon Spa was truly a highlight of our Baltic journey!

We loved this hotel and if you’re looking for a calm and luxurious stay in Parnu, this is it. The location is perfect and the breakfast and all round service wonderful but it was the consistency that really won me. Everything is clean. It smells amazing. There are inviting and comfortable chairs to relax in available everywhere. The rooms are comfortable, balcony provided, and the little things like soap and hand cream are good quality and not cheap rubbish. The SPA is a delight. I’d return to Hedon any day. We travelled as a family with three teens - I would probably not have chosen this place with young kids but for us, it was perfect.

We loved our stay at the Hedon Spa! The facilities are beautiful, and the staff were all great. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had in all the years of our travels. We had dinner at both hotel restaurants and the food and experience were great. We also booked a massage and the Silent Spa package which was great, we really enjoyed it. The beach is lovely and the hotel is walking distance to everything while also just far enough away from it all. We hope to come back, we had such a great experience!

Nothing, all was great!

Best breakfast that I've ever seen in a hotel. Room with beach view was the best joice! Everything is super clean and pretty! We had several spa treatments and they were all soo enjoyable. We felt so cared for. Our favourite sauna was the outside Finnish sauna. One evening we were sitting in the lounge area where there is fireplace and it was so nice atmosphere! We were totally relaxed after two nights.

Vaikne spa was a bit of disappointment when we found out that you get only few extra saunas and the salt pool. Rest of the spa area area was already included in the price. Outside pool should be open in winter time...it's the best feeling to go to cold pool after sauna.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of healthy options and delicious, however there could have been more water or even carbonated water. Spa was okay, nothing very special but if you want salt sauna or more options you can purchase them for extra cost. Lovely staff, especially Rasmus at the front desk. He was very polite and took great care of us, we left a tip for him as he was excellent. Clean and lovely rooms, I was amazed by the bathrooms, they are gorgeous.

More water at breakfast. Especially during summer time I wanted to drink a lot of water and it was empty most of the time. Maybe in the future carbonated water could be included.

This is our second stay at Hedon Spa Hotel, and it truly upholds its quality and luxurious experience. Everything was top-notch. The spa was incredibly calming—just what you need to escape the rush of daily life. The restaurants had a fantastic menu, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location, right on the beach, is simply unbeatable. As electric car owners, we also appreciated the convenience of on-site charging, making our stay completely stress-free. If you want the full luxury experience, be sure to book the ‘Silent Spa’ in advance—otherwise, you’ll miss out on the true essence of relaxation!

Everything was perfect!

The spa and pool area was spectacular, it was the highlight of our trip! A map of the spa premises would have been informative on the website and on the premises, as the difference between the silent spa and pool area is difficult to understand based on the website info. For a first timer it was also difficult to navigate in the spa premises without a map. Spa journey instructions at silent spa were informative, though. We understood only after departure that e.g. the jacuzzi and steam bath were part of the pool area included in the room price. Both restaurants were nice, breakfast good and location on the beach very central.

House keeping was a dissapointment, beds were not made and toilet paper nor coffee was stocked up. Service in general was quite rude. Electric car charger was not working. We were left with a feeling that everything is of extra charge (spa, electric car charging etc), when such fees should definitely be included in the room price (already quite high) for a guest to feel welcomed. Beach area was super noisy until late at night, perhaps because they showed euro football matches on a big screen next to the hotel until midnight.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating and the free spa facilities are good. The rooms we stayed in felt modern and were a good size for two guests. Rituals toiletries are also provided to guests for use during their stay. There was a large selection of different foods to accommodate all sorts of diets at breakfast, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Spa area feels a little tired. There is paint peeling off the walls in some areas as well as cracks in some of the walls. Guests have to pay an extra €28 per person to access some areas of the spa, which we didn’t feel was worth it.

Compared to previous stay, we were staying in freshly renovated room which was great, felt comfy and warm. Room included everything that was needed. Bathroom also was perfect, shampoo and other stuff was from Rituals brand and not some regular, it felt great to have some well-known brand to wash with. As we visited at the middle of the week, it felt like it was a private SPA. Breakfast was nice, with lots of options, also including champagne. Great bonus was that coffee machine offered also OAT Milk, which was great to have. As previous time I picked room with sea view and the sea was not see-able due to dune being in front I did not see the need to book one with significantly higher price and in this case I picked the regular one.

Everything was perfect, this was our second stay at the hotel and this time with our 10 month baby. Last time we had some issues with bed mattresses, which at that time seemed outdated and not comfortable, but this time everything was good! Spa area is the best we have ever visited. While our family stayed with our baby, we enjoyed Silent spa, which is TOP. And the breakfast… was excellent! We highly recommended, and will definitely return!
