I had an excellent stay at this hotel and experienced exceptional service throughout. The room was exactly as pictured—if not better! It came equipped with all the necessary amenities and features as listed on the website. Communication with the Zzzpace team was outstanding, providing clear and sufficient guidance for both the check-in and check-out processes. Their quick responses and kindness made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of the city. It’s close to everything, including markets, restaurants, stores, and public transportation. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the city!

It’s not well insulated against noise. You hear everything. Especially if people are in the hallway outside the rooms…I recommend adding a notice in the hallways to please keep voices down. I wondered why there were earplugs at the bedside tables and I very quickly noticed why? Less of a concern is the lack of ironing board And for whatever reason room 14 repeatedly smelled like smoke. At first I thought it was coming through the open windows (which I then closed) but after a while I couldn’t explain it (I am not a smoker so am super sensitive to the smell!) it wasn’t terrible but it was there

Very clean, location is exactly central, easy to access following the instructions. Facilities seem brand new. It has absolutely everything you need. I do recommend it.

It does seem a bit bigger in the pictures than in reality. I do not see how you can fully use kitchen facilities if you plan to home cook kitchenette being so close to bed(it was not my case though). Parking nearby, just a slightly bit complicated to find, but with the right input in the navy, will also work easily.

Fully functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. Extremely large and comfortable bathroom. Excellent water pressure. Location, comfortable bed and very attentive personal support via WhatsApp.

The lift does not operate at night, but I was informed that this is to avoid noise and disturbance. This is understandable, but climbing four flights of stairs at night is not easy for those who will be staying for several days.

Smooth communication with the automated assistant. That was my first time using service like this but all was clear, with detailed explanation on how to check in and out, where to find the entrance and how to do the key activation. Room is clean and spacious. Thank you!

It's a noisy street with bars at the backyard. Payed parking 7.20 EUR per hour. If you plan to travel there by car, consider using paid parking next to the Station, it's cheeper.

Breakfast rather medium, but room very comfortable, clean and well equiped. Bathroom clean, very big shower. good location and online service. Bed very nice.

I could add fruits and vegetables to breakfast as well as some juice and meat. Parking quite close but drive in very narrow and you have to be carefull for your wheels.

Generally good location. Fairly short walk to and from Bielefeld Hbf. Room was comfortable and bed was comfortable. Quiet and felt very secure.

Lift shut down at (2200?). Shower area dangerous as plastic pedestal was very slippery. Need anti-slip mat.
