I have stayed many motels over the years. This is one I would stay at everytime I come to Des Moines. The rooms really clean and the bed super comfortable the pillows were really soft. It was super quiet around the motel so u could rest well and in comfort. I got to say what a great job this owner is doing to make this a great place to stay I'n comfort. The breakfast in the morning was awesome from waffles to bacon egg cheese biscuits to cereal and alot more. I was just really impressed at this motel and how everything was just so well kept and comfortable. For the price u can't beat it. I promise u don't judge a book by its cover cause once inside u will see this motel is everything I say it is. I travel alot for business and stay in alot of motels ahd anytime I come to des moines I will stay here for the years to come. Thank u so much to the owner and staff what a great job u do. Also thank u for caring for your customers and your business. Keep doing what ur doing. Nothing but good things will come your way. God bless everyone.

No late check outs but I understand why

The location was easy to find and reasonably close to where I needed to go. It was a quick stay due to a medical procedure. The staff was great when I mentioned the procedure about asking if we needed a first floor room. I really appreciated the option to use the door directly outside and the ashtray close by that door.

The bathroom was very small though the shower was reasonably sized.

Very clean, very quiet large room. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Our room had a door to the hallway as well as a very convenient door to the parking lot behind the hotel which made for easy parking right next to the room. Large desk with chair plus a second chair in the room. The nightlight in the bathroom is a nice touch. Vinay at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

No towel rack in the bathroom. Aside from this inconvenience, the hotel was great overall. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Room was basic and clean. The breakfast and coffee were appreciated in the morning. The room was quiet.

I did not care for the exterior metal steps to my room on the second floor. It is cause I am getting into the senior citizen bracket. May stay again, but will request 1st floor.

Great location and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were warm and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience.

The owner/staff were very personable. The room was not ready for us, but the owner corrected it promptly. I liked the breakfast choices. The owner made sure all food items were filled. The road construction is complete allowing easy entrance to the motel.

This has nothing to the motel facility itself, but just south of the motel is a tree/bush that needs to be removed. It is difficult to see traffic coming from the south.

Near the highway and very clean and comfy. Also the lady who checked me in was friendly and wanted to hear about my trip.

I’d have liked more breakfast options—maybe some fruit and yogurt

Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. It was a good value.

At breakfast the hot breakfast was gone before 8. The towels were no longer white and they were starting to fray.

I stay here frequently, it's clean and comfortable and no charge for pets.

There is no place to eat on this interchange except the taco stand which is not there on weekends. If they are open be sure to get a taco.

The bed was great and the room was clean the staff was very friendly

The entrance and exit to the property kinda sucks it needs to be lit up way more and the breakfast was a little chincey and they ran out of breakfast about an hour before it was supposed to end
