As a frequent business traveler, I recently discovered the perfect accommodation at Ette Hotel in Orlando, which exceeded my expectations in every way. From the warm, welcoming, and attentive staff to the detailed overview of the hotel's amenities, the experience was exceptional. The hotel, located 10 minutes from the congestion of the Disney parks area, is a true urban oasis, with an elegant, contemporary design that instantly sets a tone of relaxation and sophistication. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor, high-end furnishings, and incredibly comfortable beds. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the impeccable customer service. The staff responded promptly to any request or question, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. The effortless checkout process, with the front desk agent's offer to pack my bags, was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Ette to anyone seeking a luxury boutique hotel stay, and I look forward to returning on my next business trip to Orlando.

Ette is a beautiful facility with high-end personalized service you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Every question or request I had was addressed immediately professionally. The attention to detail taken by owners of Ette is superior to many other 5 star hotels I have stayed it. Everything felt clean and finely curated for a stay at a luxury hotel. Definitely a welcome departure from the standard lodgings in the Kissimmee and greater Disney area. The furnishings and decor were lovely, as was the quality of the toiletries and linens. I must also mention how beautiful the crib set-up they provided for my son was with crisp, clean sheets and the softest baby blanket I have ever felt. I need an adult size for my house. I've been all over the world and the kitchen at Ette served some of the best food and cocktails I've ever had from a hotel. This may come as no surprise being that they employ Michelin Starred chef, Akira Black, who heads Salt & Cellar on property.

The food & beverage menu pricing, as well as the Spa treatment pricing. For example, drinks and 3 tapas in the evening for 2 came out to over $200. 2 coffees, an apple juice, and a cup of fruit in the morning was $58. Though the food was superb, the cost was not always congruous with the ingredients themselves. As for the spa, you could expect to pay at $350 for a facial and $720 for a couple's massage.

I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Florida, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the room really stood out — everything was spotless, especially the bathroom, which is so important when you’re traveling with a child. I also really appreciated that the room didn’t have carpet — it helped keep the air fresh and clean, with no mildew smell at all. Huge plus in my book! The attention to detail was impressive, from the personalized welcome letter to the small pencil provided for guests to jot down notes. It made the space feel thoughtful and welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm and cozy, and the location couldn’t be better — being so close to Disney World was super convenient. The only reason I’m giving it a 9 instead of a full 10 is because of the front desk experience at check-in. The staff member who assisted us wasn’t very welcoming, which left a bit of a sour first impression. Luckily, everything else during our stay made up for that small hiccup. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families visiting the area!

Our room had small ants everywhere. I contacted front desk to take care of it and they said they would, but never did. Also you'd think they would offer a room change or something to accommodate their guest. We were forced to make sure all luggage remained closed.

everything was literally amazing,luxury and relax! the location is good the room was amazing the staff were spectacular ! I was their to celebrate mmmmmmmmm my birthday and they “made my day” with the complimentary extra waffle on breakfast with a candle and a ballon with tropical fruits with a happy birthday message, and they put our convenience first. special thanks to the great manager and the staff we are definitely coming back ❤️

I have a few suggestions that might enhance the guest experience: 1. **Temperature Control**: We noticed that the water from the cold faucet was hot in the morning. Ensuring consistent water temperatures would be a great improvement for guests. 2. **Bathroom Door**: The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and we believe a simple magnetic lock could be an effective solution to this issue. 3. **Ventilation**: Adding a forced ventilation system in the bathroom would improve comfort and air quality. 4. **Pool Area**: While we enjoyed the pool facilities, the shower requires constant pressure to operate, making it difficult to use with one hand. A more user-friendly shower system would be beneficial. .

Ette was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The facilities were beautiful. The bathroom shower was great; I much prefer a shower to a tub. The room boasted an array of quality complementary amenities, like a shaving kit and vanity kit, in addition to the usual shampoo and conditioner. Leandro at the front desk was gracious. That being said, Ette wants to be a luxury hotel but misses the mark. However, if you desire a luxury environment without paying the luxury price, Ette is a fabulous choice.

The hotel is sorely understaffed: no valet or bell services, only one person manning the front desk at all times, and the spa seemed closed during our stay. The area around the hotel and the outside of the hotel are unattractive; I doubt any room view would be spectacular and our room overlooked a commercial street. In addition, we were staying for my birthday and, despite the fact that the hotel seemed empty, we were given a room with a poor view on the second floor and could hear the base of the hotel restaurant's music through the walls.

I loved my experience at this hotel. The service we received was the best I've had in a long time. They immediately made us feel special and valued as guests. I felt so pampered and taken care of. From the employees at the front desk, to the masseuse at the spa, to the waiters at the restaurant, and even from the housekeepers. The hotel smells amazing and is extremely clean. The room was beautiful and I loved the free water and fruit they provided in the room. They also had a fountain trickling sound coming from the radio in the room as we entered. The restaurant was amazing as well. The food and drinks were so delicious and you can tell the chef is an artist at his craft. My spa experience was very relaxing. It's very intimate and not overwhelming. I loved the sitting area they call The Cove. I was able to drink some tea and have all the snacks I wanted. They definitely made us feel like royalty.

The location but I didn't go anywhere outside of the hotel so it didn't matter. I wanted to relax and enjoy my stay in the hotel.
