The staff responded promptly to any request or question, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. The effortless checkout process, with the front desk agent's offer to pack my bags, was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful experience. I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday and my own birthday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful—loving, friendly, caring, and incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable for both occasions. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every staff member we interacted with truly made us feel valued. The attention to detail and genuine kindness shown by the team made our celebration even more special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future. Ette is a beautiful facility with high-end personalized service you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Every question or request I had was addressed immediately professionally. The attention to detail taken by owners of Ette is superior to many other 5 star hotels I have stayed it. Everything felt clean and finely curated for a stay at a luxury hotel. Definitely a welcome departure from the standard lodgings in the Kissimmee and greater Disney area. The furnishings and decor were lovely, as was the quality of the toiletries and linens. I must also mention how beautiful the crib set-up they provided for my son was with crisp, clean sheets and the softest baby blanket I have ever felt. I need an adult size for my house. I've been all over the world and the kitchen at Ette served some of the best food and cocktails I've ever had from a hotel. This may come as no surprise being that they employ Michelin Starred chef, Akira Black, who heads Salt & Cellar on property.

The food & beverage menu pricing, as well as the Spa treatment pricing. For example, drinks and 3 tapas in the evening for 2 came out to over $200. 2 coffees, an apple juice, and a cup of fruit in the morning was $58. Though the food was superb, the cost was not always congruous with the ingredients themselves. As for the spa, you could expect to pay at $350 for a facial and $720 for a couple's massage.

I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Florida, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the room really stood out — everything was spotless, especially the bathroom, which is so important when you’re traveling with a child. I also really appreciated that the room didn’t have carpet — it helped keep the air fresh and clean, with no mildew smell at all. Huge plus in my book! The attention to detail was impressive, from the personalized welcome letter to the small pencil provided for guests to jot down notes. It made the space feel thoughtful and welcoming. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm and cozy, and the location couldn’t be better — being so close to Disney World was super convenient. The only reason I’m giving it a 9 instead of a full 10 is because of the front desk experience at check-in. The staff member who assisted us wasn’t very welcoming, which left a bit of a sour first impression. Luckily, everything else during our stay made up for that small hiccup. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families visiting the area!

Nice "little botiqueish" Hotel. Very modern and clean. Staff is very friendly. We only slept there as we were busy going to all the them parks with the kids. Location for that is great. they have a small pool, which is nice to dip in. They also have a very nice bar and restaurant, that on this visit due to lack of time, we unfortunately couldn`t check out. Breakfast also looked very jummy.

small detail, that should be solved. The shower in both our rooms is badly constructed. The water leaks out in to the bathroom and room if you don't build water blockers with the towels.

I liked the location and the aesthetics.

Our room had small ants everywhere. I contacted front desk to take care of it and they said they would, but never did. Also you'd think they would offer a room change or something to accommodate their guest. We were forced to make sure all luggage remained closed.

I have a few suggestions that might enhance the guest experience: 1. **Temperature Control**: We noticed that the water from the cold faucet was hot in the morning. Ensuring consistent water temperatures would be a great improvement for guests. 2. **Bathroom Door**: The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and we believe a simple magnetic lock could be an effective solution to this issue. 3. **Ventilation**: Adding a forced ventilation system in the bathroom would improve comfort and air quality. 4. **Pool Area**: While we enjoyed the pool facilities, the shower requires constant pressure to operate, making it difficult to use with one hand. A more user-friendly shower system would be beneficial. .
