Very decent hotel, well located for my purposes, friendly staff, good mattress - and extremely convenient to get with bus A11 directly from and to the airport.

Work space is too small, could be improved by swapping position of fridge

The location is great, staff are very responsive and helpful. overall hotel experience or 'home from home' was good.

Cleanliness not super clean but is acceptable. The state of repair needs to be addressed e.g. some rust in the shower area, and outdated hair dryer.

The location is excellent. It is just a couple of doors from the entrance to a subway entrance. The room was a great size - especially for Hong Kong - for one person. If you are traveling with a large suitcase, then maybe it will be a bit tight. I didn't notice any road noise. The shower is hot right away with good pressure. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The AC worked well. The elevators weren't exactly fast, but I didn't find the wait bad at all. The room had a safe and a little fridge.

A couple of nitpicks: There was no hand-soap at the sink. You either have to have your own or step into the shower to use the soap provided there. While there's no noise from outside, you can definitely hear your neighbors enjoying each other's company.

The room was very small (the desk was squeezed between bed and window, and there was no convenient place for the suitcase), but the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom impeccable, and the service very good, polite, and they kindly returned a jacket I had left in the room. The special price made it all the more pleasant, bc I have a very low income.... Finally: Wan Chai Station is right next door, there are also lots of places to eat and get snacks....

A little difficult: The squeezed desk ( I am a journalist and had to write a few articles while there... so I really need a comfortable chair, but of course for anyone not having to spread out too much, the room was fine)

The location was great, right next to the metro station and close to the Tram and restaurants and bars. Very close to central too.

Even though this was a non smoking hotel, 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed someone was smoking in another room and the smell was strongly smelling in our rooms through the bathroom vents. It felt as if someone was smoking in our room. However there is no way to know who this could be so we couldn’t complain to the hotel, just something to keep in mind that not everyone follows the rules

The room is "no-frills", comfort and clean to rest and sleep. Location is excellent, and it is around 20meters to Wan Chai MTR station. It is 1 stop away from Admiralty MTR Station. Very Convenient, walking distance to Wan Chai market, Hennessy Road. The staff are very nice

Its a bit old, or not "fashionable" as the newer hotels, but can say it is made up by the location and the wonderful staff.

The hotel is located centrally in Wan Chai and only about 20m from Wan Chai MTR. The staff were all exceptionally pleasant and professional and the hotel is well-maintained. The room was spotlessly clean, compact, and the bathroom had a good size shower. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The room rates were very affordable, and I felt that I got excellent value for my money, especially considering its prime location.

The only minor issue was that the work desk had a very narrow gap for sitting at between the desk and the bed.

I was on the 23rd floor facing the park. No traffic noise. Pleasant sunlight and view. Shower walked well and bathroom had shower stall, versus just a sprayer. Right next to subway station two stops away from Central although where to find the subway elevator was not obvious. There is a lobby which had no windows but has some couches and the front desk I liked the mochi bread place around the corner. Cash only.

Had difficulty catching a taxi for a short ride Cannot catch taxis where there are yellow lines. Be careful about crossing the major road if you just got off the plane from a country that drives on the other side of the road. The double bed was big enough for one person but I don’t remember if it is normal width compared to double bed in America To buy food and go to 7 Eleven I generally walked up the hill although there are some choices on the road nearby if you don’t want to walk uphill I didn’t have a problem with noise from other rooms but some reviewers did Price goes up a lot on weekends

Conviently located in Wan Chai HK island, steps from MTR station, busy area with lots of restaurants, ideal place to go around HK. Clean comfortable small room with basics, attentive staff. Good price for HK standards.

Not the most family friendly area, lots of bars and night life.

Location near MTR station and HK Tramways. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. Aircon works very well. Nice hot shower. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.

The table was too small for working. The Refrigerator was not cooling properly. No hand soap and toilet brush in the bathroom.
