Food was great, plenty and tasty, both for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is nice, clean, quite, comfortable. We love the place and it is a very good pit-stop on the way to the Slovenian seaside and back.

We arrived late after a 5 hours long trip and unfortunately we had to chose between having dinner or going to swim, because the pools are closing rather early I would say (at 9 p.m. or so). Dinner won so we had to skip the swimming. It would be nice to have the access to the pools open a tad longer. It is also true that we could have left home a tad earlier. So I guess better luck next time.

Welness is really nice, rooms are quite big with comfortable bed.

No slippers in the room unless you ask for it. Not all staff understand english :(

I liked that the hotel is big and parking is nice. The rooms were comfortable and overall was a good experience. The breakfast was good! It was good because it was close to highway, we only stopped overnight.

The price was a little over what I expected. It is true that it had nice SPA facilities that I didn't used, I just stopped overnight to rest because it was close to highway.

Nothing special, a little bit more of English speaking staff would be nice for visitors outside of Hungary, so as the menu for dinner for which Google translate was used. Not a big deal but a tea and kettle in room would be nice and TV could include at least one music channel.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. My room was large with a great view. I really got lucky there as I had a top-floor room on the southwest corner of the hotel. The pool/spa area is amazing. With "Spa" in the name of the hotel, this is important. Everything is clean and very well kept up. The food, while not varying much from day to day, was extremely good. Overall, a wonderful experience. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes just a few minutes' walking distance from the hotel. There is also a grocery store just northeast of those shops. The hotel is located in a small village so the area is nice and quiet.

The only thing I had an issue with was the language barrier. I say this as an American that can't speak a word of Hungarian or German which are the two languages that are prominently spoken in this area. I did come across some staff that spoke English but also came across staff in key areas such as hotel reception, wellness reception, and pool service that didn't speak any. Those staff not speaking English is fine as I can't fault them for that. However; a few of them were a bit rude and arrogant about it. The list of services at the wellness center is not available in English so I had to use Google Translate to read and select the service I wanted. The hotel's website has an English option so I figured the hotel itself would be a lot more English-friendly than it was.

I liked everything. Breakfast and dinner were perfect! A variety of food choices. Wellnes was great too. Different temperature pools, variety of saunsas and you can use the wellnes on the check out day too. Staff was on point too. Toom comfortable and clean.

Hotel is beautiful, dinner and breakfast excellent, spa zone brilliant, they have a conference hall with table tennis and table football, kids area both in hotel and spa.

Check in at the reception desk was a nightmare and took an hour and a half while just two ladies were dealing with issues of at least 10 guests. You need more staff there.

Food.. Brakfast nice! Buffet in the afternoon poor, mens for example even Gulasch not really tasty or tender meat. Kind of industrial production. When they improve the quality of the food, it is a perfect stay.

We liked the room because it was very spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Big size of TV. Staff was really friendly, kind and helpful. We forgot to take some games with us, at the reception they really kindly lended them for us. Table football was a great joy, also for free.
