Location, lack of noise, comfortable room, breakfast

One of the 2 elevators was out of order. The wait time was longer because of this. There was no hot food at breakfast at first, the desk clerk had to tell a person in the kitchen that more food needed to be brought out. There were a lot of people down for breakfast then, though. There was a pretty large spill as you were leaving the lobby/breakfast area that wasn't cleaned up for quite a few minutes.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially a woman named Kay who worked in the food service area. She treated everyone like family and made us feel at home. She went out of her way to speak to my son who has special needs, which is very rare in the world. She's a gem.

The pool wasn't as clean as it usually is. Could be because there were drunk people poolside frying shrimp

Very easy checking with Jim, helpful , courteous and very personable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots if selection and all fresh. Comfortable beds

The breakfast was well perpared my children really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were very cozy for resting and to chill

Well the only thing I didn't like and it can not be helped was if the stay could have been closer to the beach and more convenient for the beach of Gulf Shores . A suggestion to help customers more convenient to offer a customer pass to park at the beach at an affordable price, this would also help customers who are first timers to use a public parking at the beach, because it takes a couple of times to figure how things work, and also let customers know where there is free parking for the public as well.

(The Cove) •Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. •The air conditioning in our room worked excellent, which we appreciated since it was 90+ degrees. •Hotel staff were nice & helpful.

•The carpet in our room (#417) had stains and needed cleaning. •the entry door to our room looked really bad (#417) • one of the elevators had a delay when going to our floor and made a funny sound before stopping.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Like that it was not too crowded with guests. Like that it was nice and quiet while we were there. Good location very close to the beach and restaurant. Overall a pretty decent Hotel to stay at.

The elevator was slow and the number 4 on the elevator didn't work well and we were on the fourth floor, most of the time we had to push another button to get the button to work so ended up stopping at the 3rd floor to get the button to work to get to our floor. I wish breakfast ended at 10am just so you could sleep in and not be rushed to get down there so ended up not eating the breakfast there. When we opened up to our hotel room when we arrived it smelled a little like old mop water was used to clean the floors so we had to spray some perfume to make it smell better. Just a recommendation to make sure the house keeping is using fresh clean water or maybe the mop head needed to be changed out.

We come every year for a family vacation and are never disappointed. The staff is very nice and accommodating, pool is the perfect size and the breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. The kids love getting choices they like and the staff always speaks to them. We actually came a day earlier and they were able to get us in a room, which i was ecstatic about.

Our room for the week ended up being by the laundry room, so some nights it was very noisy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Having Direct TV was very good, rather than the random Roku TV setup. Breakfast also was plentiful and great with various eggs and meats, the cinnamon rolls were terrific and the fresh oatmeal. Thank you!

We enjoyed the pool, but it’s definitely not as big as the photo angle makes it look.

Front desk team. Outstanding ladies that helped me with so many questions and situations. If I needed anything, they had the answer or knew where to get the answer. Breakfast was ok everyday and only a few times it seemed like the delivery truck had not arrived to help them out. They worked with what they had and made it work out for everyone. Location is central if you're doing business or on leisure time.

Only a few days the trash wasn't taken out of the room. For some reason, the hot water would take ~5 minutes to get there. It was warm for that time, but not hot unless you let it run. Was kind of surprised by that.

it was a nice hotel the only drawback was that the room was not clean there was food left on the floor from the previous person that stayed there no I did not complain I was there for a wedding in and it I left it at that but other than that the hotel was okay they was working on the road and that was a little distracting but other than that I had a good time
