The food in the restaurant was exceptional - both the a la carte menu and the fixed price options. The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, giving recommendations for local hiking trails and other activities. The hotel location and the town of Butgenbach are wonderful places.

There was nothing to dislike - we were unable to eat in the restaurant on the last (Sunday) night because we hadn't made a reservation earlier - but this is understandable with very few staff and there are many other restaurants and bars within an easy walk.

A very comfortable hotel with a friendly welcome, excellent breakfast and evening meals.

The bathroom on this occasion would benefit from some modernisation but was perfectly usable. I have stayed at the hotel before and I know some bathrooms have been modernised with walk in showers.

Stayed here before. Great place for reasonably close access to Spa-Francorchamp circuit. Well run and comfortable.

Bar was not open one night when we could have done with a quick beer. It was a weekend and we were not very late.

The stay was very good overall, we will definitely be back next year

Well run and attractive place offering good value and a decent breakfast. Good beer and the manager was delightful and professional.

The room was very cold when I arrived and it took the staff quite a while to figure out how to start the bathroom heating. Beware of the restaurant in the house. I found the menu way overpromising.

The room could of been bigger. The shower was quiet old & didn't work 100%
