Amazing hotel. The self checkin was a little strange and it is a hard no checking in early. (We tried only like 15 min early and couldn't get in yet) But otherwise it was a painless process. The elevator was very nice and we loved the design of the hotel old meets new. We had the very top room. It was very quiet with no street noise at all. The view from the top terrace was amazing and the access to it was VERY cool. The room was extremely comfortable as well. We checked out the breakfast room which looked nice but unfortunately we had to leave in the morning before it was available. The location was good and was a pretty easy walk from the recommended parking lots so if you arrive by car it is a short walk of maybe 5 -10 min from parking.

Everything was great

We appreciated the location of the hotel to the parkvia parking lot & the discount we got on the parking. The staff were immediately available when we had issues registering our booking on the self service machine. There is a small supermarket, bars and places to eat within a minute or two from the accomodation. It is very centrally located within the old town of Toledo. There is a small refrigerator in the room and a coffee pod machine, also water, soap and showergel. The continental breakfast was included and with fresh produce and plenty of choice in my view. Staff was on hand if you needed fresh hot water etc. It was clean, nicely decorated in a beautiful old building. Noon checkout was appreciated.

The shower in our double room is in the room separated in part only by a glass wall. No ability for privacy when dressing. The toilet has a tinted glass door and offers no privacy due to how it hangs loose fitting. There is no mirror on the desk and so to do makeup the items had to be placed in the sink. A tea kettle to boil water and a safe in the room would have been appreciated. (Having said all that, we would stay here again and would recommend this place to others. )

Excellent location near many Toledo sites. Room was small but clean and reasonably comfortable, and the bed was large for the room size.

These are mostly minor quibbles, not deal breakers: The sub-par continental breakfast was in a very small basement room, with a low ceiling and dungeon-like vibe...but then it is a very old building. Our room was decorated with a strange rock 'n roll theme, including Bob Dylan lyrics etched in the glass bathroom doors. The shower was basically a stall in the corner with limited protection against splashing out into the room. The hotel operates with limited staff and we only happened to catch one guy as we arrived, otherwise it would've been a chore to get our keys, etc. The shades were difficult to position to keep out light and prevent people below from looking up into our room.

Very clean with a full kitchen and clothes washing machine. Steps from Grand Via. Supermarket just around the corner. Metro a block and a half away. Staff were very accommodating.

There was a parental control lock on the air conditioning thermostat. Could only turn down A/C to 20 degrees Celsius (68 Fahrenheit). There is a duvet on the bed which makes it hot at night.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and close to everything.

Check in was difficult, took a long time before somebody at reception answered the phone to help me.

City center. Parking nearby. Everything close. We had a unique terrace. I would love to come back in summer, to enjoy terrace when it is not that cold :)

Toilet door is not closing. And it is glass. So no privacy 😅

Excellent location in the centre of Toledo, walking distance to many attractions, fantastic breakfast with a large variety of fresh fruits, hams, breads and pastries, very attentive waiter. Wonderful extra large double bed.

In all honesty I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about this hotel.

Great location, close to everything but around a quiet corner. Room was very big, comfortable and extra clean and fresh. Very nice bed. Good breakfast - contactless check in/out went smoothly.

A great location, in an old building, new renovated, a beautiful mixture of old and new. Very close from parking, at walking distance from the main attractions. Clean and confortable room, nice staff.

The location is excellent, right in the "old town". The place is very well recovered. The accommodations was a really nice surprise. The roof top is a plus.
