This place was great for never being to ABQ before,we came and saw the Gathering Of Nations,did a bunch of local shopping.,the hotel it self is one of the Best Western I've stayed,I'll be traveling soon more and hope to find one like this,the room was clean staff were very nice,the attached restaurant. The wild avocado was very good.food had a lot of choices and very flavorful the bartender. Joey in the tap and cork lounge was awesome. The first night we were there they started a karaoke night. The picture of the food was Jenny's tamales. My family makes tamales. We make them once a year. I always taste the rice and beans before anything else. If that's good then the rest should be good and it was

I didn't realize until later in the week that we were being charged the $30 A night for a pet fee. I did notice dog bowls in our room and a pet bed. This trip I did not bring my dog but the staff was very kind and helpful of taking that charge off my bill

The food was good. Nice sit-down attached restaurant. This BW's location is excellent. We came on business, and so one wife was left for a day at the hotel. She was able to walk over to the Old Town, and uper'ed around the city and met up with us for lunch. The price of each room included breakfast and was a great buy for that section of the city. The next closest hotel was about $100 more.

Service was prompt and attentive throughout the hotel. Definitely a good value: room, free parking, free made-to-order breakfast, a pretty good coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, and a Keurig in your room. Breakfast is definitely better than the standard waffle/yogurt that so many hotels provide as a free breakfast. Bar is actually somewhat lively; though, that probably is a chance of the day.

Pretty much on the freeway, and so even if your room doesn't front directly to the freeway, you might still get some freeway noise.

Hotel is close to the Interstate but it is very quiet, no road noise at all. Front desk personnel were super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out was easy.

If you are staying here be prepared to make an immediate right hand turn as you come off the Interstate. If you miss your turn (depending on the time of day) it can be a bit difficult getting back to hotel entrance.

Nice place, super friendly and efficient staff. The location is great for people driving through toward the coast, especially with pets. Pet fee is $30/nt but they provide a raised bed, a couple of feeding bowls, and treats so the dog does seem very welcome, unlike at some more upscale places. Small dog run in back of facility is a nice touch.

The noise from I-40 doesn't stop at night and we found it hard to ignore. I don't think you can do anything about it except wear earplugs. Room was not very spacious and no microwave but it had everything we needed for a one-night stay.

This was the best night's sleep we had in a few days...the bed was so comfortable. The thermostat worked well and we were very comfortable. Breakfast is not part of the cost, but the restaurant downstairs makes it very easy and reasonable costs. The staff was super friendly. We were concerned about noise; it is directly off the interstate, plus they had a live band down in the bar that night...but neither noise interrupted us. It's an easy off/on the interstate and the parking lot is gated at night from the side street.

We couldn't eat dinner in the downstairs restaurant because the band in the bar was so loud, but other than that, this was a great night's stay.

Fantastic location with many nearby attractions. Great eateries, cafes, & Old Town is within walking distance. Lovely staff who were attentive & helpful. The shuttle was a big bonus. Very nice to have the staff give rides to the guests. The sunset views from my hotel window were gorgeous! Overall, a comfy & relaxed stay.

Kind of pricey for ABQ. A few stains were found on one of the top blankets placed above the sheets. Please have cleaning crew spot check the bed linen. The windows need to be cleaned.

Fantastic staff top to bottom! Great little restaurant attached that served breakfast and dinner- breakfast in particular was exemplary! And a bar with a happy hour! ‘Nuf said.

Rooms were carpeted and carpeting was “tired”. Luckily they had dog-friendly rooms that were not carpeted so we were able to move.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious, bed was comfortable and the AC was easy to use and functional. Convenient location -- fifteen minutes to the airport, Old Town is walkable or drivable, and it's a ten-minute walk to Sawmill Market.

I would have preferred a continental breakfast option, but really I have no complaints about the hotel or staff. Great value for the price.

Nice, conveniently located near the old town (possible to reach it on foot). Nice old-fashionned wood furniture. Efficient shuttle service to the airport. Dinner options nearby.

The annoying addition of 25$ to the bill to get the room 1 hour early when it was already ready. I am fine with paying for the work, but when the room is already ready, that seems uncalled for.
