Loved the heated swimming pool. Loved the coffee in the reception area. Loved the layout and the low level buildings. Loved that you could fill up the bottles with drinking water for free. Tapas restaurant was excellent.

The air conditioning didnt work properly in my bedroom. Not enough hangers and no drawers in the bedroom - so not enough places to put all my clothes The Curry restaurant was poor. Water dispenser did not work on my bedroom block, very inconvenient. Pillows were awful.

This was one od the best hotel where we ever have stayed. Our first stay at Fuerteventura and everything was perfect. We chose this hotel because of their offer of sport activity, especially road cycling which it was included. I have also tried indoor cycling and zumba and it was so fun. We have a large double room with a side sea view. The bathroom was also large with a space for cosmetics bags. Full minibar during arrival. Water automat in every block. The variety od food was amazing. Everything was delicious, everybody could choose what he likes. I think that this hotel is so amazing because of the hard working staff! We really liked naturist area with sauna! We enjoyed Silence Party! I recommend this hotel to everybody - families and couples. Beach was beautiful and clean.

The food both in the buffet and speciality restaurants was excellent

We paid to stay in the Premium lodge area which included premium drinks and cocktails in the lodge bar, but nowhere else . However, we were told we could BUY premium drinks in all the other bars.. which made no sense in an all-inclusive having paid for premium? I am.not worried about drinking local.brands but the drink quality was very poor. I understand that serving all inclusive drinks there is a need to keep it inexpensive.. but the options are now cheap. And cocktails are now served from a machine that taste awful. This is our 3rd visit and the change in drinks was so disappointing.

The hotel is placed wonderful, great clean territory, quality meal, spaceful room. Shower cabin is very comfortable

No shampaign in the restaurant during the meal. Few sea products in the food. Very old towels

The resort area is well maintained and very green. The main restaurant offers a lot of variety and the quality of the food is quite good. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults so you don’t get bored inside the resort. It’s overall good value for money compared to alternatives in the area.

The main pool is closed for renovation until April. That information should be given at the time of booking. The pool is at least 30% of the reason why you visit the resort so this is really important information. The remaining pools are nice but limited in size. The cleaning service is not optimal for a 4 star hotel.

We had spent the previous week in occidental Jandía playa. Tui magic was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived early in reception. The receptionist Mary Anne was so friendly, smiling and happy. We noticed this with all the staff on site, they were clearly just happy going about their daily work routine which made the stay just happier and upbeat. The gentleman on the bar over night went way above and beyond to get us gluten free food at 2am! And being completely calm with rowdy drunk customers in the early hours, he is a very hard worker, he didn’t stop the entire night! The 2 women on the bar in the morning deserve medals for the amount of piña coladas they mixed and poured me to drink! They will remember who I am from this comment alone 😂 I thank them all and we did put all of our change into the staff tip box on the reception as a thank you. Food was amazing, well labeled for allergens and not once did I end up glutened from badly labeled food as what had happened several times in the occidental. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever been to and the upkeep by the gardeners was lovely to see, they really look after the hotel and grounds well. We will most certainly be back!, soon no doubt 🙂

Only one issue which I let go. Workers had removed 2 doors during the day and hadn’t covered up the electronic fire door release magnet holders on the floor. I came round the corner to walk down the stairs and it took my feet from under me and I went down on my side, it was a nasty fall right onto my hip on the marble but luckily it happened so fast my head didn’t hit the floor and I managed to avoid sliding down the stairs by a foot luckily! My partner couldn’t stop laughing so it wasn’t all bad! Bruised the hell out of me though. I told reception after crawling back to the room and they sorted it out straight away 🙂

After spending SO long researching all the different all inclusive options offered in Fuerteventura, I am so pleased that I stayed at Tui Magic Life. The whole place was SPOTLESS and the housekeeping staff worked tirelessly. In fact all staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, the food was great and the location was so great for us. It's a bit of a drive from the airport (about an hour) but the beach access is stunning and you can literally walk the full length to the local town Morra Jable to help explore the local area (and walk off all the delicious food that you won't be able to limit!) seriously, if you are thinking about booking a winter break, we were so pleased and cannot recommend it enough! Especially to enjoy the New Year festivities that the team had clearly thought out for all guests to enjoy.

There's nothing that would put me off booking again straight away but a few personal things that could have made it even more perfect for us- I would have liked slightly more comfortable pillows, a few more vegetarian friendly dishes and there is a slight smell in some of the public use toilets but they are kept spotlessly clean and it wasn't a major issue for us.

Really helpful staff arrived late and told to go and have dinner and then book in. Sea view room - stunning views, great disco 70’s 80’s mix had everyone young and old on the dance floor, food - plenty of selection with freshly prepared areas, good access to beach just need to watch tide times for access and swimming. Great area to visit for lovely beaches but car required. Lovely shop on site and fantastic gym.

Only 2 things - remote but nice town about 5 mins by car and maybe 1 hour beach walk if tide out - seems to be a bus service nearby but looked busy. Large pool area closed for refurbishment but will only enhance facilities when reopened.

Position was perfect.amazing unboscured views of the ocean. Proximity to beach was great. Easter celebration meal and dessert stalls were a really nice touch touch.

It was complex to make any bookings for activities and restaurants on site. The app did not seem to work very well. The large 'main' pool was not actually open and it looked amazing as a central feature of the resort so rather disappointing as when I booked the booking portal stated that it would be open by the time we arrived, that said, the heated pool that was open was great.

Great resort, comfortable bed, very good food, marvellous gym, lots of sunbeds, access to the beach ( the main gate leads to a very rocky beach, only found another gate on the last day which leads closer to the sandy beach)

The bars are opened too late, which made it very noisy very late at night, keeping people awake. I much prefer the resorts where they close about midnight. Not much in the nearest area, but a taxi to Morro Jable is only 12 euro.
